Thank you for staying with us at the Surf Ranch. You stayed with us during the busiest time of the year, and yes unfortunately we were way understaffed for reasons out of our control. Your room has sheets and duvet covers, and if they did not, it is because again, the resort was more than 100% packed. We prepared and purchased extra sheets, pillows, towels, etc...but it looks like it was still not enough. I can assure you, this is not how we normally operate.
The breakfast is buffet style where you receive eggs, gallo pinto, toast, potatoes or bacon, fruit, tortillas, orange juice and coffee.
Yes, there are no TV's and we do not advertise that there is. We will be adding this in 2017.
The rooms are cleaned daily, but again we were understaffed during these few days.
This year during the holidays, we always receive great reviews along with negative reviews, as throughout the year, the resort runs perfect at 75% occupancy or less, however when we get full, it's something we are working on perfecting, and as always we fix everything mentioned so we can be better for the next holidays.
