Situated right on the lake, this charming beach cottage has everything on its doorstep. You could go fishing from the front lawn, pull your boat or ski up to the adjoining beach, dive into the lake to cool off or simply relax and take in the scenery.
Lakehouse @ Conjola is located approximately 200kms south of Sydney Airport. Head onto the Southern Freeway then onto the Princes Hwy. Follow the signs to Nowra. Continue through Nowra on the Princes Highway for 51kms. Turn left at Lake Conjola Entrance Road.
There are no keys required for entry to the house. Access code instructions will be forwarded to you via the short message service (SMS) to your mobile phone.
All bed linen and towels are provided. Please bring your own beach towels.
There is a small library with a variety of reading material and a large selection of DVD’s.
The kitchen includes a dishwasher, microwave, full size oven and stove, plus a full range of cooking utensils, pots, pans, crockery, flatware, stemware and serving ware for up to 8 people.
A gas BBQ is available.
For your entertainment the house includes a television, DVD/CD/IPOD dock/tuner and free to air television (Sydney channels).
We have a front-loading washing machine (washing powder provided) and dryer.

There are three bedrooms, two with single beds and the main bedroom with a king bed.
There is one bathroom: with a shower, toilet and basin. A separate toilet is located near the laundry.
Please – no parties, functions, conferences etc…
Please absolutely no pets allowed.
Please no caravans/motor-homes or camping on the premises.
Please note that there is no WIFI in the house.
There is an Aldi espresso machine at the house with a dozen pods provided. If you’d like to purchase more pods they are available at Aldi sores – K-fee brand only please.
There's a comprehensive guest guide located in the house. Feel free to phone me if you'd like dining recommendations or any information about the surrounding area.
There is space to park 2 cars undercover along with ample trailer parking. There's also an area to tie up a small boat or jet ski in the lake at the front of the house. The nearest public boat ramp is a short distance from the house. The neighbours jetty and boat ramp is not available for use. The lake is beautiful for swimming and fishing. Access is directly at the front of the house. There's a small beach for lake access.
Standard Terms and Conditions of Temporary Holiday Accommodation
Note: Variances can be agreed on but only by arrangement with the owner in writing.
Deposit of 50% non-refundable is required to secure the booking. Payment of the rental deposit constitutes the clients acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
Balance of the rental amount must be received in full 30 days prior to occupancy. If not the owner has the right to cancel the booking and attempt to re let it.
Cancellation if caused by the client, money paid is not refundable unless the house is re-let for the entire period. If it a refund is made due to the property being re-let then a $50 cancellation fee will apply.
The owners will make every effort to ensure the property is available as booked. However the owners reserve the right to make alterations to bookings due to unforeseen circumstances.
To maintain a good standard for our guests we require certain conditions to be complied with. We appreciate most will respect our property but the occasional abuse requires that we state the following conditions.
Number of Guests should not exceed the number stated on the Confirmation Notice or subsequently agreed in writing or email. Fees will apply for excess guests not agreed with the owners in advance. Please note that Lakehouse @ Conjola accommodates a maximum of 6 people.
Parties and Functions are strictly prohibited. Camping, caravans and motor homes are not permitted on the property. The price charged is for domestic use only and not commercial. Accordingly this rate does not allow for the extra wear associated with functions in terms of cleaning, garbage removal, wear and tear, repairs etc. Use contrary to this may result in loss of your bond and/or additional payments.
Damage, Breakages, Theft and Loss are the tenant’s responsibility during their stay.
Departure - the property should be left in a similar state to its condition on arrival. Check-out time is 10am by the latest, to allow time to prepare property for next guests.
Disturbance to our neighbours, including excessive noise, is prohibited and may result in termination of rental and loss of bond.
Bond is payable at the same time as the balance amount. The bond will be refunded within 14 days in full subject to the above conditions being met. It is designed to cover any additional costs incurred including but not limited to, any breakage, damage or excess cleaning requirements, extra guests beyond those declared etc.
Linen is provided at the Lakehouse. Please bring your own beach towels.
Pets are not allowed unless specific arrangements have been made in writing with the owner.
Loss - the owners take no responsibility for the tenant’s personal property.
Variations to these conditions may only be made by prior arrangements with the owner in writing.
