The house features “La Tardor,” a 35 m² multipurpose lounge perfect for family gatherings, business presentations, or creative activities like workshops and group games. It also includes a separate studio apartment within the same property, complete with its own kitchen—ideal for those seeking extra autonomy.

Designed to provide warmth and functionality, it offers cozy bedrooms, an attic space equipped for remote work, a fully equipped main kitchen, and a charming patio for relaxation. Children have their own play area, ensuring entertainment for the youngest guests.

Thanks to its flexible capacity, the house comfortably accommodates 8 people, but can adapt to host up to 15 using comfortable sofa beds. Its location near the industrial areas of Castalla and Onil, along with partnerships with local restaurants and guides, makes it a strategic base for both tourism and professionals needing a practical, well-located stay.

As a full rental property, guests have exclusive access to all areas of the house. This includes both shared spaces ideal for socializing, and independent zones that ensure privacy and comfort for each member of the group.

The house is always rented in full, ensuring no other guests will share the space. The number of rooms available depends on the number of guests in the booking:

- For 1 or 2 guests, 1 room is enabled.

- For 3 or 4 guests, 2 or 3 rooms are enabled (please inquire).

- For 5 or 6 guests, 3 or 4 rooms are enabled (please inquire).

- For 7 to 10 guests, all rooms are available.

The rate is calculated based on the number of guests listed in the reservation, starting with a base price for two people and adjusting as the number increases. Please remember that any additional guest must be included in the original reservation or reported in advance to the host to ensure compliance with property policies.
