You have access to everything at Crystal Waters Beach House except the locked cleaners’ closets in two bedrooms.
A lockbox with a key to the house is available on the deck near the front door.
Ample parking spaces are available in the driveway. The garage is not available for parking, as it stores beach accessories and yard games for guest use.
Crystal Waters Beach House is closest to the section of the beach between barrels 99 and 100. The neighborhood is centrally located close to the beach and stores. See Location tab for more.

There are no security cameras on the property, allowing guests to enjoy complete privacy during their stay.
Parties and events are not permitted, in accordance with Airbnb policies.
Pets are welcome. Up to two dogs are permitted with a $200 pet fee, which covers up to two dogs of any size. Please contact the host in advance regarding any breed restrictions required by the insurance policy.
Fresh linens are provided on all beds, and 22 bath towels are included for guest use. Please bring your own beach towels for use at the beach.
The hot tub is for adult use only. For safety, please do not use glass or breakable items near the hot tub. Guests are asked to rinse off in the outdoor shower before entering. Always replace the hot tub cover when it is not in use, and do not sit or stand on the cover to avoid damage.
The hot tub is professionally serviced once a week, typically on Tuesdays, and will be temporarily unavailable during servicing.
A charcoal grill is provided for guest use. Please plan to bring your own charcoal.
A fire pit is available for guest enjoyment. Please bring your own firewood, which is easily purchased nearby. For safety, never leave the fire unattended and be sure it is fully extinguished when finished. A bucket is provided in the garage, and a hose is located near the fire pit.
Hand soap and basic household cleaning products are provided. Guests should bring their own body soap, shampoo, conditioner, and other personal care items.
Power outages can occasionally occur in the area. Flashlights and lanterns are provided for your convenience.
Due to the warm coastal climate, guests may occasionally encounter bugs.
The home does not receive mail delivery. Please do not send mail or packages to the property.
Trash pickup typically occurs on Mondays and Thursdays. Trash cans are located near the end of the driveway.
