This apartment is finished to a high standard and is very comfortable. Free WiFi and secure underground parking is available. The lounge/dining area comprises a 2 seater sofa bed, 42" Plasma TV, DVD player and DVDs. There is also a surround sound system throughout the apartment. The SSE Arena with Cinema, bowling alley,bars and restaurants is next door. The popular W5 attraction is also located here.
There is a Mace convenience store with off licence and post office on the ground floor of the building. The Dock coffee shop is located on the ground
floor. The Titanic Visitor Centre, the SS Nomadic are within 5 minutes walking distance and the Titanic Dock & Pump-house within 15 minutes walking distance. There will be a welcome pack on arrival consisting of tea, coffee, milk, bread and cereal.
Check in from 3pm, check out time is 11am. We will try to accommodate guests outside these times if possible. There is a private garden on the 2nd floor of the building. Please remember to bring your key fob to get back into the building.

This is a residential development and is not suitable for parties. I would appreciate if you would respect the residents. Breakages or damage will be deducted from the deposit. Lost key fobs or car park fobs will be deducted from deposit.
