Llandudno is an exclusive suburb above one of South Africa's most beautiful beaches. Accommodation includes exclusive use of a private, self contained apartment with its own bathroom, kitchen and TV, adjacent timber deck with sea and mountain views, and separate lounge. You have your own entrance and off road parking spot. Easy walk to the beach and the MyCiti bus route.

The areas for exclusive use by guests are the studio with en-suite kitchen and bathroom (shower only) and TV, the timber deck a few meters from the bedroom, and the lounge which is accessed from the deck. All 3 areas are approximately 20sq.m each, ie 60sq.m total. The lounge has a selection of books of local interest, menus of nearby restaurants, and Cape Town entertainment guides. A gas barbecue is available for guests to use on the deck, and a Samsung HiFi unit that can play music from your phone. Access to your room is via some fairly steep steps that might be a problem for those with restricted mobility.
Guests can also use the bar and pool, which are also used by us and our friends, but you are welcome to join us. Smoking is permitted in all outside areas, and the bar.
We are always available to help with any problems you may have, or any advice you may need. You have your own entrance to your accommodation, and your own parking spot, so you can be as private as you wish.
We are situated in the middle of Llandudno, easy walking distance to the beach, or to the MyCiti bus stop, should you not wish to use you car. There is no commercial development in the area, but Hout Bay's shops and restaurants are just a few minutes drive away.
Our dogs (two Jack Russells) are very friendly but may be too attentive for non dog lovers. For ideas of what to do, see posting from previous guests on social media: @LlandudnoSunsetDeck
The accommodation we offer is only really suitable for 2 people maximum, so we cannot accommodate families or additional guests.
We have two dogs of our own, so we are unable to accommodate guests with their own pets.
Guests are free to smoke in all outside areas like the deck or the bar.
Having lived in Llandudno, Cape Town, for the last 20 years, Chrisna and I look forward to introducing guests to this special part of the world, and are available to give them advice on where to go and what to see.
We are normally in our bar around Sunset, where you are welcome to join us if you have any questions, would like advice on planning your next day, or just want to talk about things in general.
We believe that it is this local interaction that gives visitors a unique opportunity to get to know a place and its people, and is the key thing that differentiates Airbnb from a hotel or guest house holiday.
