You will find everything to be excellent for you in a wonderful part of South Beach, under a 10 min walk to the beach, and away from the deafening noise of Ocean Dr. to Washington Ave. area.
The unit is on the second floor of a 2 story/4 unit building. It has a beautiful modern kitchen (with triple-filtered drinking water), top appliances, and all cooking staples like oil, spices, etc,
The unit has been our home for 8 yrs so we think you will love it for your stay. This is our home and we have fine things. This is NOT a party rental.
Everything we use is non-toxic in the unit: non-VOC paints, non-chlorine dishwasher liquid, etc.
There is a washer and dryer in the unit and plenty of room to stow your suitcases so you can unpack and feel right at home.
Flat screen tv with DVD player, and HDMI hookup for your laptop if you need.
Fast secure WiFi
Central in-wall stereo speakers with a connection for your phone, laptop or ipod/ipad so you can enjoy your music at top quality.
Refrigerator has automatic ice.
The bed is a queen sized sleep number bed, so you can make each side as soft or hard as you want.
We can accommodate a small quiet pet occasionally, so do feel free to ask.
~We do have a very tastefully decorated real Christmas tree ( (I need to update photos), so you will need to be fine with that!
We are 3 blocks from Whole Foods, 5 blocks from a traditional grocery store (Publix), 6 blocks to the beach, 7 blocks to Lincoln Rd so you can be everywhere in 10 minutes or less. There are also fine local bistros within a few blocks that all of us locals love, away from the craziness of sub-standard restaurants in the tourist areas.
Parking is on the street and we can arrange parking passes for short stays at no extra cost.
There are three DecoBike stations within 2 blocks of the unit, so you can go everywhere by bike if you want.
Also, since we are away from the hustle and bustle of Collins, Washington and Lincoln Rd, taxis are here within minutes 99% of the time.
We want you to have an excellent time while you are here and are able to help you with whatever you may need, before and during your stay.
We do appreciate shoes-off in the unit, as will you (and our downstairs neighbor) as we have hardwood floors.
This is not a party hangout and we are only interested in renting to 2 people, no more.
Sometimes pets are no problem - contact us for your special request.
Rental is for no more than 2 people. Being in South Beach, we have to weed out the party renters. If more than 2 people are found in the unit the agreement will be terminated immediately without a refund.
