I live close by, and I am available if you need anything, but most of the time I dont interact with the guests.
Just to reiterate, our house is on a residential area, but still close to everything in the city South Philly is not an upscale destination, but it is full of charm and local culture. Also Philly blocks sometimes have a litter problem, and sometimes the street has some trash, specially after the trash truck comes by.
1 - Partie are not allowed. It is ok to have a good time, just be respectful of the neighbors.
2- Leave the place as clean as you found. The cleaning fee covers fresh linens, fresh towels and a the normal cleaning of the house. Please dont leave food laying around, and make sure your trash is either in the trash bin, or if you have boxes and bigger trash, put it outside by the front door. If you are staying with a group of friends, please be mindful that the cleaning fee is for regular cleaning, and if an extensive amount of cleaning is needed, like dirty walls, stained couch and bedding, spills left uncleaned, and other major cleanups.
2- South Philly is not an upscale destination, but it is full of charm and local culture. Please make sure you familiarize yourself with the area, just by checking it out on street view. Our street is very safe, I've spent a lot of time there, and had countless guests without an issue. Please feel free to ask questions, and ultimately I want you to feel comfortable on your trip.
