As host/owners of our home, we always strive to have our guest leave with a great experience. As a 15 year host, its also frustrating when there is zero communication on issues that arise during the stay and then only when we reached out, on below items that were stained, were we informed..
**Umbrellas and chair issue, we would've been directed to the replacement ones for their use, 5 feet away by our other apartment.
**Thank you for making us aware of the leak over the covered terrace area. It was repaired 48 hours later. Tropical storm warnings across the top part of the state and extreme downpours can put a damper on eating outside.
**Thank you for being responsible and honest and sending back the missing items. We were able to use bleach to get the sunscreen off of the new deck boxes.
