Please note as for Italian law, every host in Rome must collect in cash a city tax of Euro 3,5 per person per night (children under 10 y o exempted) and pay it to Comune di Roma. (Website hidden by Airbnb) This information is written on a description page and on our house rules and it's consultable before booking. Since Airbnb is still not collecting this kind of payments in Rome, it's usually never involved. All the information regarding this extra payments is also included in a welcome message sent after booking. If not agree with our terms and conditions and/or house rules, our guests are able to cancel a reservation with no any penalty within 7 days before arrival. Regarding a materasses, as for description, we have choosen orthopedic materasses for all beds in the apartment, harder and more expensive than normal, but much more healthy after all day of a sightseeing :) Considering what has been said before, we would suggest to our guests carefully read all information regarding a journey in order to avoid any communication errors, and allow as to make your experience in Rome the best possible!
