We comply with what is ordered by the Ministry of Commerce, Industry and Tourism of Colombia according to Law 1558 of 2012, Sole Regulatory Decree 1074 of 2015, Law 2068 of 2020, Resolution 700 of 2021, Resolution 409 of 2022 for the processing of the Registration Card of Accommodation (TRA), so in accordance with Article 2 numeral 4 of Resolution 0409 of 2022 we will request the name, identification number, city of residence, city of origin of all guests and reason for the trip.
It is important that you take into account that although the accommodation has a certain capacity, from the 4th guest there will be an additional charge. Not including the correct number of guests will have a penalty per guest of double the initial value. We appreciate your honesty.
You should know that there are external security cameras that allow you to view the outside of the house and the garage, which are considered common or open areas NOT private. It does not affect privacy at all but it is for the safety of the guests.
We appreciate that you please do not throw toilet paper into the toilet as this causes blockages in the pipes and the arrangement would have to be assumed by the holder of the reservation.
We leave additional towels for drying the body and face, so we suggest not taking them from the bathroom mat if possible, since the bathroom has a non-slip mat for that. If you need towels for the floor, please let us know so we can leave them for you.
In the same way, we remind you that smoking or cigarettes or any type of substance are not allowed inside the accommodation.
Pets are not allowed but if you have an emotional support animal they will be welcome for an additional cost.
