Sam's place was Very clean and comfortable! The residents were so nice! I love to explore different Airbnb when I'm home in LA. I will most definitely considering staying at Sam's place in the near future!

Beautiful apartment, spotless, gorgeous furnishing. The parking space was a huge plus. I work downtown frequently so it was really convenient. There is a Whole Foods, CVS, and other stores within walking distance that really came in handy. Some amazing restaurants near the apartment as well. Definitely want to come back and recommend!

What a great experience. The unit is amazing with a great view. Super clean and super new. It is a security building.

Great location for us! We were able to walk to most places we wanted to go to, and catching an Uber was easy too when we needed a ride. We caught a Lakers game at Staples as it was only a 10 minute walk away! Plenty of places to get groceries nearby as well as restaurants and bars. The apartment was nice and clean and the lobby staff were very friendly.

Place was amazing to stay at, become our home and created some good memories! Spacious and comfy, free starbucks machine at the lobby was always a winner. Only had a couple of issues which were a let down, one of which being an electricity problem resulting in the wifi device having no power. Issue was raised and acknowledged by host but nothing was done about it. Another issue was with the car park, required another space in the middle of the night as ours had been partially used by another vehicle. Issue was raised through email as there was no direct contact via phone to host. There has and still not been any correspondence regarding it. Receptionist was kind enough to offer another space in a separate car park but vehicle had to be moved at 9am which was not ideal. Despite these issues I would still recommend staying here, the pros outweight the cons!
