The house is in a great location on the edge of a small town for easy access to amenities, but also close to the forest and a community heritage homestead. It is only a short distance away from many lakes and places of natural beauty! Come and explore!
The house welcomes guests to a place of contentment and has all you might need for a comfortable stay. There are two large bedrooms, one with a superking sized bed, walk-in wardrobe, balcony and additional bed. The second has two comfortable single beds which couple together as a superking if needed. The sofabed on the upstairs landing can also be used to sleep two. Downstairs there is an open plan living/dining area with seating for up to eight people and an extra bed! There is a fully equipped dining-kitchen with electric cooker, fridge, microwave, and range of utensils. The house is heated by geothermal heating, but also has two wood-burning stoves with ample wood for a cosy stay! There is a summer-house with an additional two beds in the lawned garden.
You will have access to the entire house, with use of all its amenities! There are two bicycles in the garage shed (or two kick-sledges for depths of winter), some downhill and cross-country skis with boots in the basement, ice skates and assorted fishing tackle, including equipment for ice fishing.
I can be contacted by phone, as can a local friend who is able to assist if required.
There is a keysafe outside the property to obtain keys.
We expect guests to not use outdoor shoes/boots inside the house and to refrain from smoking. We expect guests to leave the house clean and tidy unless cleaning is additionally paid for.
