This quiet flat sits beside the lovely Regents Canal, 1 min walk from Broadway Market (& close to Shoreditch) with many shops & restaurants on your doorstep.

Third floor, double bedroom flat comfortably sleeps 2 with good access to Central London


This spacious, clean flat is a great base to explore London and is situated in a cul-de-sac right next to the trendy Broadway Market and has balcony views onto the scenic Regents Canal.

You will have full access to the flat with:
- Spacious double bedroom with an incredibly comfy mattress and alot of storage and hanging space
- Recently refurbished bathroom with walk-in shower and bath
- Nice lounge with sofa, TV and dining table
- Fully equipped kitchen with fridge, freezer, microwave, oven etc.
- Towels, hairdryer, iron/ ironing board etc.
- Strong wifi access throughout the flat
- Private balcony with view onto Regents Canal

Of course the flat is also fully heated for those chilly London nights and has a lift to the third floor!


I will be away for the duration of your stay (which is why my apartment is on Airbnb!) but my mum will be around to give you keys and help with your check-in

When you leave all you need to do is drop the keys through the letterbox, so minimal hassle!

I'm pretty easy with regard to check-out times. Check-in times are a little bit stricter but if you let me know a rough idea when you make your inquiry I can try and be as flexible as possible.

Please do not bring anyone else back to the flat other than the original guests, I don't really want anyone over to the flat who hasn't been approved!

Please no late-night parties/ gatherings, alot of the neighbours in the block have young children, please respect them!

If you are going to smoke, please smoke on the balcony, not indoors.

My boyfriend and I had a lovely stay at David's flat. Everything was clean and exactly as described/pictured. David's mom met us at the flat and she was so sweet and helpful. The location was about 25 min outside of west London by bus; around the flat there were a number of good restaurants/bars/grocery stores. Would stay again.

My stay at David's place was wonderful! He was a great host from the word go and the apartment was extremely comfortable. I also loved the location, it was beautiful with Broadway Market so close. 100% would recommend to others.

Perfectly located, close to bus, broadway market, local restaurants, pubs and cute little stores to loose yourself in, davids palce couldn't have been more perfect for us. morning tea on the balcony with view of the canal was a real cherry on top. comfy bed, great kitchen to cook yourself a propper meal in, fancy bathroom - my mom and I had nothing else to wish for.. we would 100% stay here again!

Brianna and I stayed at David's flat after being recommended that we stay by the Broadway Market. Luckily on the street we met Alistair who runs the market and became instant friends! He had even heard of my restaurant back in the States. Our overall experience was excellent straight from the start! David's flat was super convenient to many of the sights we wanted to see and it was nice and quiet. The flat is exactly the way it's described and David has super detailed directions to the flat and instructions within the flat as well as some suggestions of things to do. David was also great at following up and even checking in. He was very accommodating! I highly recco this flat and I would stay here again for sure!

Exactly as described. David's process is smooth. Would definitely stay again. Very clean, quiet flat with a beautiful bathroom. The neighborhood is wonderful - bookstores, cafes, market day, jogging/biking path along Regents Canal and London Fields & Victoria Park nearby. In general, 40-50 minutes via bus or Overground (Cambridge Heath) to get to the main tourist attractions.

Very quiet but still walkable to things. Lovely place. David was very helpful.
