This charming Victorian terrace house in South London offers a quiet
haven with a short commute to the city centre. There is free street parking available. Perfect for a family or a group of travelers, guests will find 3 bedrooms each with a king sized bed (American queen size) with an additional sofa bed in the living room. The house is also complete with a large, eat in kitchen, a separate dining area, 1.5 bathrooms, and a back garden.
Though we are located on a quiet, residential road, the nearby University has inspired a local High Street brimming with wonderful pubs, restaurants, cafes, and grocery shops. The kitchen is stocked with coffee, tea, and all the condiments you need for a quick breakfast or a great family meal.
All linens are included.
Extra features include a washer, dryer, dishwasher, a double oven gas cooker/ gourmet stove, and a TV complete with Roku.
Guests will have access to the entire house. Provided with the house are sheets, towels, soap, shampoo, laundry soap, iron and ironing board, a fully outfitted kitchen.
We have listed the check-in time as 15:00 and the check-out as 11:00, though we would be happy to allow for an earlier or later check-in or check-out provided there are no other same day arrivals or departures. Please let us know that in advance and we will do our best to accommodate you.
We are a no smoking, no pets house. Not because we dislike those who smoke or have pets. We just want fewer issues for the most number of guests. Smoking in the back garden is acceptable.
It would be appreciated if unneeded lights were turned off when leaving the house as well as when in the house.
