I believe Julien will not book a place like ours again. We have made a complete check after the complain. I have asked anyone working with me and the company cleans our sheets. And the "never seen so dirty" room had only the hair issue, which we still try to understand how had it happened that way. There is no excuse for this, that's okay. But here, at least 5 working people are responsible for this (including me) and it's really and unpleasant feeling; hearing such words and complaints. We'll do what's necessary and we can.
For the payment. Yes, I myself promised him when i see the look in his eyes and that's okay. He just needs to ask for a refund but nothing such has happened yet (afaik). Again, I promise, I'll pay not only for 1 night but the whole amount, even i'm still not sure what has happened in that room.
We're humble people trying to serve a decent place for all people. And we have good intentions. And sometime we need it too. Not being able to find another place in midnight here in Istanbul's main touistic center and in the low season... It's impossible. He just could find a place real easily. The impossible thing was finding a room with such low prices including your breakfast, wifi, 24hr hot water, heating, etc..
Otherwise, I myself help the guests if somehow they feel uncomfortable in our place. Because a happy guest is way more important than one payment.
That's not nice.
