Situated where Downtown meets the Old West Side, this Victorian house on a very quiet side street is just five blocks from Ann Arbor's bustling Main Street restaurant scene, shops and nightlife. The YMCA and several yoga studios are a five-minute walk away, and the University of Michigan's central campus is a 10-minute walk. The house is also situated at a bus stop for easy access to North Campus and the rest of Ann Arbor; bus to/from Detroit (DTW) Airport and other points is a seven-minute walk.
The bedroom features a queen bed with a high-end mattress. You'll have the run of the kitchen, dining room, and living room in this beautifully remodeled house with wood floors and a new kitchen.
Also offered: wi-fi, off-street parking, laundry, dishwasher and all kitchen appliances, work spaces, and secluded garden.
At times when I am out of town (often), I can accommodate up to four people in 1) the master bedroom's queen-size bed, 2) the second bedroom's full-size bed, and 3) the third bedroom's two twin beds (one in a loft).
I require that, after booking, my guests provide emails and phone numbers, and names of all adult guests.
I'm usually totally flexible about arrival times. You are welcome to arrive and make yourself at home any time on your arrival date.
Thanks -- and I'm looking forward to seeing you in Ann Arbor!
Entire house, plus backyard garden
I enjoy a good conversation and love to help guests find their way around town. If I'm not in town I'm readily available by phone.
Feel free to help yourself to anything in the fridge or cupboards…
I'm pretty laid-back and flexible. No smoking please, and no dental floss in the toilet (plumber says that caused quite a problem once...). Apart from that, I only expect guests to be kind and considerate and leave everything at least as tidy as you found it. Mostly, I want you to relax and enjoy your experience here!
