The heart of desirable Crown Point, in Pacific Beach, minutes from Seaworld and Downtown, a block from Sail Bay, 2 miles to the beach, newly renovated, contemporary family home is a perfect holiday retreat. Bikes, boogie & paddle boards, chairs . House rules apply. Guests over age 30 only. Families preferred.

San DIego Int'l Airport is a 15 min drive; easy access to freeways and attractions. The open plan is spacious and intimate at the same time. Al fresco dining and views of the Bay!


The house offers an open plan living space with two bedrooms in main house and one additional bedroom/bonus room in detached loft. One full bathroom in main house and one full utility shower room on ground floor in detached garage. An attached covered porch offers al fresco dining. The ample enclosed rear garden provides space for kids to run around, patio seating and a full size children's playhouse. BBQ available. The loft space over the detached garage provides an extra bedroom/bonus room with a view of the Bay and Downtown San Diego. It is the perfect refuge for adults or a great bonus room for teenagers. It has sleeping accommodations for four with twin trundle day bed and a queen memory foam sleeper sofa. A second shower room and toilet is available on the ground floor of the garage. A basketball hoop is available in driveway. The garage is equipped with washer and dryer. There are a few beach cruisers, boogie boards and beach towels available for use.


The house is fully detached and the entire house is open to our guests including off-street parking for two cars. Check in 4pm. Check out 10.00.


Our property manager is available to assist you with your needs onsite. We are available 24 hours by phone or email. Please see rental agreement or house manual for contact details of local management.


The house is located in a noise restricted neighbourhood. Accordingly, noise policies will be strictly enforced. No loud music or conversation outside after 9.30 pm. Absolutely no parties. Please respect the full time residents and neighbours. Only Guests be over 30 years old only. Rental agreement required. Any noise violations (if police are called or neighbors call us to complain) will result in fines of increasing amount per repeat occurrence with ultimate eviction without refund if noise continues. Noise Violation Fees start at $500 and double per repeat occurrence.

Check in/ check out times will be adhered to. Check in 4pm. Check out 10.00 to allow for cleaners to prepare for our next guests.

This is a great house for families in a near perfect location. Near a bay with a beach, Sea World and only 20 minutes from Balboa Park and the airport! We loved our stay. Hope to come back to stay again for longer. Thank you for the welcome basket and note!

The house was a block from the bay, in a gorgeous neighborhood. The house manager Paula is the epitome of high end property rental customer service.

Dear Melissa, Thanks so much for your comments. We always appreciate helpful feedback. Paula is a great manager and we are lucky to have her. I was interested in your comment regarding value and restrictions and wanted to comment. Shared housing in San Diego through sites like Airbnb like in many other cities, is under threat of being outlawed by new legislation. The noise restrictions we have in place are intended to maintain good relations with our neighbors to avoid complaints. Guests who disregard our noise policies do generate complaints from neighbors and create an unwelcome environment for other guests. So, yes, we are very conscientious about adhering to reasonable policies which allow our guests to enjoy the house and amenities without disturbing our neighbors quiet enjoyment of their homes. We do live in a quiet residential neighborhood and consequently, we ask our guests to observe a no parties and reasonable noise restrictions. In this manner, we hope San Diego will continue to allow home owners to offer their homes as vacation accommodations for future guests.

Brenda's home is beautifully laid out and decorated. Loved the view from the room over of the garage. Brenda was very sweet and helpful. My family and and I had a wonderful stay. We definitely recommend this place!
