Definitely the worst value for money experience I have had staying in Tallinn. Not the stay we expected, Air BnB can be a lottery and this place shows the best and worst. A one bed apartment at a five star hotel price, but not the service or hospitality to go with it. Would recom…

We are very sorry to receive negative reviews, especially for the reason that we could not provide the guest the late check out, as we had other guests checking in the same day. We have a minimum amount of rules, one of them is the check out time by 11.00 am just the same as all other hotels and apartments have. In case the guests would like to check out later, we ask to inform us about such wish and we always allow it in case no other check-in's the same day. We received the guest review award as "Exceptional" for the year 2016 in (Website hidden by Airbnb) plus hundreds of other super positive reviews in different booking systems. Working hard on the full comfort of our guests!

Charming, comfortable and unique accommodation in a great location. We really enjoyed our stay and appreciated Aleksandra's prompt response when we need some assistance with the oven. Highly recommended.
