Guests have use of the house and garden. The converted garage is not for use.

Check in time from 3pm on the day of arrival and check out by 10am on the day of departure. There maybe some flexibility on these times depending on the availability at the time.
Sorry no pets or smokers. Please could we ask guests to move the appropriate wheelie bin onto the drive the night before bin collection day. These collections are bi weekly and will either be non recyclable or recyclable rubbish. A waste food bin collection is weekly. Thank you.
