Looking for a place to stay in the heart of everything in Denver's happening Cap Hill neighborhood? My condo is perfect for you! I'll be traveling between April 10 - May 21 and would love some long-term guests to utilize my place while I'm away.
Your rooms are spacious (12 ft. x 12 ft.). One has a queen-sized bed on a nice frame and the 2nd bedroom has a twin bed, small desk, executive chair, large closet with hangers, hooks on the door for your coats and towels. The master bedroom has a little bit of closet space, but all your essentials (sheets, towels, toiletries, iron, ironing board, extra blankets plus an ENTIRE closet is in the 2nd bedroom). Despite it being in Cap Hill, the place is awesomely quiet, so you'll get a great night's sleep.
The whole place is yours! The 850-square foot condo has a spacious living room with a recliner and reclining couch. It also has a working fireplace and balcony with two chairs that overlooks downtown Denver. The kitchen has a stove, microwave, full-sized fridge and dishwasher and plenty of cookware. The bathroom is always clean with a locking door. If the weather is good, I also have a great cruiser bike that I'm willing to lend out.
I'm happy to play tour guide so feel free to email or text me for suggestions and any questions you might have. I'm very accessible.
The key will be located in the lock box the southwest side of the building (off the parking lot nearest to 12th Ave. near the back door of the building). You'll see lots of them there. Mine is labeled 502.
Mi casa es su casa! So all I ask is that you treat is as if you actually lived there (which you will for the time you're staying here). Please pick up after yourself in all the common areas and if something does happen, just let me know. I don't mind if you smoke (420-friendly included), just please do so on the balcony. I do recycle, so please add to the bin on the balcony if you have anything that can be recycled. You will be my guest so please respect the common areas of the condo building (entryways, hallways, etc.) as it shows respect to my neighbors who also own their places and shouldn't have to deal with any disturbances of any kind.

I'm one of the many transplants to this beautiful city having moved here from New England almost 8 years ago. For the past 6 years I've worked in education as a teacher, nonprofit program director and startup entrepreneur. Next year I'll begin my Master's program to become a licensed social worker. I love all things Colorado - mountain biking, snowboarding, hiking, hockey, golf, park days, just being outside and moving around in general.
