A truly big bedroom with French double bed size (190x140cm). The lounge can be separated from the kitchen with sliding panels to make it a second bedroom with the pull out couch. Ceiling fans in the two main rooms are useful during summer time. Separated closets from the bathroom.
Vieux Port and Canebière area is quite lively, therefore very easy to rich. However the building and its inhabitants are very quiet. The building is organised in a small co-ownership. Code for the main ground floor door.
As a native, I quite well know my city, the area and its restaurants, having worked there for decades. I should always be present to welcome you. Aside the usual informations on the immediate surrounding I can give you tips about the bay, the close Calanques, and other info about the cultural life or night life.
Windows are street side. There is no car traffic, but still you will hear some noise. The square acoustic makes the skaters or kids playing football noisy, and sometimes week-end night life as well. Notwithstanding soundproof windows, it can be surprising and disturbing in the middle of a quiet night to realize happy clubbers are suddenly outside.
It’s a NON SMOKING flat.
Just be thoughtful of your rather very quiet neighbors. No specific instructions or procedure, just adopt the same friendly neighborhood rules as you would at your home.

Le camp de base, Marseille, est ma foi un cadre quotidien varié et agréable.
Le plus surprenant y reste ce sentiment de dépaysement immédiat. Que ça soit à travers des rencontres humaines et cultures du monde surprenantes, ou dans une nature complètement sauvage aux portes ou même au cœur d'une des plus grandes villes d'Europe. Ces contrastes sont la richesse de notre ville.
