I interact with the guests via email and chat mostly. My facilities manager is available via cel phone to take care of all your needs and emergencies.

Chennai is a tropical city and despite professional pest control -- some bugs are likely to appear; Also this is a city central location and some traffic noise is to be expected.
If you need maid service or cook, the facility manager will make best efforts to refer reliable resources and help in suggesting reasonable services charges. However, guest is responsible for final decision and managing the resource/s.

Please switch off AC, water heater, lights, fans when you step out and turn them on as needed. Water is precious -- use appropriately.
Lock the grill gate to wooden deck, bolt the front bedroom balcony door and the lock the front main door when you step out and also at night when you go to bed.
Trash to be taken out and dropped in green steel trash bins on the street (usually placed outside the second building on the left as you come out of the apartment (Security guard will be able to guide on this)
