Fully appointed, new kitchen with KAFF gas range (self starting), KAFF Oven, Samsung Fridge/freezer, Phillips Electric Coffee maker. Attached store / utility room. Bosch clothes washer, Kent RO Purified drinking water.
BEDROOM 1 (Rear) Spacious with King size bed, Restonic pillow top mattress, Beech wood and glass wardrobe, dresser/vanity with lighted mirror. Toshiba Split AC and fan. Private balcony with secure grill.

This spacious apartment comes with 3 bedroom, 3 bath, 3 balcony, 1 deck, LV, DR, Kitchen, breakfast bar counter.m. Guest can also use the reserved car park in the building basement for Apartment G-A. Equipped with Inverter UPS for fans / Light. The building has a security guard 24x7 at the gate who will also manage the traffic to help cars get in and leave the building.

I interact with the guests via email and chat mostly. My facilities manager is available via cel phone to take care of all your needs and emergencies.

Electricity charges apply -- and are usage based and at cost; Rs6.50 per unit. Meter reading will be noted at check in and check out; please pay when checking out. Suggest to switch off A/C when not at home.
Chennai is a tropical city and despite professional pest control -- some bugs are likely to appear; Also this is a city central location and some traffic noise is to be expected.
If you need maid service or cook, the facility manager will make best efforts to refer reliable resources and help in suggesting reasonable services charges. However, guest is responsible for final decision and managing the resource/s.

No smoking. No Pets, No cooking non vegetarian food.
All apartments are occupied by families and appreciate calm/peace/quiet environment. Be respectful of the same.

Please switch off AC, water heater, lights, fans when you step out and turn them on as needed. Water is precious -- use appropriately.
Lock the grill gate to wooden deck, bolt the front bedroom balcony door and the lock the front main door when you step out and also at night when you go to bed.

Trash to be taken out and dropped in green steel trash bins on the street (usually placed outside the second building on the left as you come out of the apartment (Security guard will be able to guide on this)

This is a great place to stay in city with upscale house and neighborhood. The getting in and out of the house is easy. I used UBER throughout my stay and getting in and out is very easy. I would definitely stay here next time. However, few caveats with the management of the house - I had to bear thru maintenance and cleanliness issues with the house. The care taker was courteous and responsive however they should have got the maintenance work done before we check in and instead used significant time of our stay in doing maintenance work with repair folks getting in and out of house, invading the privacy. I had to live thru a leaky bathroom one day and clogged bathroom other day. The house definitely needs proper cleaning including regular removal of cobwebs.

Prasad keeps a clean, well-appointed apartment that is ideally located for families. Nirmala, his lovely sister, was a wonderful hostess, and I found both of them to be articulate, honest, reliable communicators (not a given in this part of the world). The apartment itself is thoughtfully-designed and quite modern and spacious. There is nothing fussy or musty about the soft furnishings, and the furniture is modern with clean lines. My daughter's favourite spot to read and draw was the traditional Indian swing in the living room. The kitchen is well-equipped and easy to use and keep clean. Bathrooms are modern and practically designed. It was quite convenient having access to a nice little washer and clothesline to keep on top of laundry during our vacation. Entry and exit into and out of the apartment was easy and quick. Mr Arumugam, the watchman, is pleasant and does his job well. He and I do not share a common language but we had a good chat every time we met. We enjoyed many meals at the Crowne Plaza Hotel across the road, Chamiers Cafe right next door, and also managed to cobble together some substantial fare from the grocery store, Amma Naana, which is a few hundred metres down the road from the apartment. In particular, I would recommend the Madras Curry Cups available at Amma Naana around noon every day, if you are in the mood for home-cooked food without the hassle of preparing it yourself. We enjoyed morning and evening walks around the corner on Boat Club Road, and hailing autos and booking cabs (we used Ola and Uber) were both easy. Overall, we are extremely happy with our stay in Prasad's apartment and would gladly rent it again when next we are in Chennai. Thank you, Prasad and Nirmala.

Wonderful abode in heart of the city. Close to cafes, restaurants, shopping. Spacious house, well equipped kitchen with cooker, stove, oven and mixer. Good for families. Easily accessible to transportation. If this place is available and meets your needs, grab it before its gone. You will enjoy your stay!!!!!

Thank you chak, it's really a wonderful space to stay, to be honest it is more value than a presidential suite room in a good rated five star hotel.

The apartment was in a very convenient location. It was clean and very comfortable. There was a watchman and a maid as part of the services which was really convenient. The best was that this was the first time the kids did not suffer mosquito bites and came back relatively unscathed. We will be booking this apartment for all of our future visits to Chennai.

Chak's place is exemplary! It is a large, tastefully decorated apartment. It is centrally located but inside is really quiet and peaceful! It has been one of my favourite Airbnb experiences and I highly recommend it to anyone. Communication and check in was straight forward and pleasant.
