Country French elegance - very close to old town Pasadena and Glendale Galleria & Americana shopping area. Quick & easy freeway access to Hollywood, Disneyland, Dreamworks, NBC, ABC & Universal Studios. Very quiet neighborhood. 4 bedroom, 3 bath.
Fully furnished and stocked with kitchen ware, cooking staples, condiments, etc. Hand woven rugs from Asia adorn the beautiful hardwood flooring in living/dining rooms. Rich built-in woodwork and original art throughout. Master bedroom has a king bed, walk-in closet and newly remodeled bath en suite. At the other end of the house is another en suite bedroom/bath with a queen bed. In between is a smaller bedroom with a double/full bed. The 4th bedroom comes with a comfy air bed - Queen (really - it is very comfortable). Lots of pillows of varying firmness to satisfy just about any preference.
Guests have full access to the house, but not the basement or the garage. If you like to grill, there's a natural gas grill on patio, off kitchen entry.

Parking is available in the driveway. Max of 2 vehicles, please. There is guest unit which is occupied and should have no impact on your stay. Entry to guest unit is separate and not accessible from main house.
Enjoy our home as if it were your own. We are leaving belongings and art out in order to give you the most welcome experience we can. House supplies and food left in the house are yours to enjoy, but we do ask that you replace anything of real value, such as liquor/wine.
The "NO" list...booking our home explicitly declares your agreement and compliance with our house rules. Violations may result in cancellation of your booking (with penalties), security deposit deductions and/or any other remedies available to us as Airbnb hosts:
Please - no pets, no exceptions.
Children are accepted and welcomed, but any damage they cause will incur a fee.
No smoking inside the house. Smoking is permitted in side/back yard only (not in front).
No unlisted overnight guests.
No fireplace use, and no lighting candles of any type while in the house--this is for your safety and the safety of the house.
No parties after 10PM.
Lost key(s) will incur a $200 fee.
Check-out time is as agreed and generally cannot be extended, especially when we have another guest arriving (our cleaners need time to prepare the home as you would appreciate).
The security deposit may be forfeited if the unit is not locked/vacated within 30 minutes of the agreed upon checkout time. Again, the idea here is to incentivize avoiding a situation where the unit is burglarized because of carelessness, or the cleaning service and/or the subsequent guests cannot check-in (because we are out of town and the key is not returned to the lockbox), check-in late to an unclean space, or have to be accommodated or relocated, at great expense and effort.
No loud music/outdoor noise after 9PM pm Sunday - Thursday, 11PM Friday& Saturday.
Maximum (2) cars allowed; parking only permitted in driveway during weekdays.
Any items damaged during your stay must be disclosed. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of the security deposit. We're very fair about replacement costs, so if you break a plate or a lamp or a chair, please let us know. The basic concept is that if you break something and conceal it, we have to pay our cleaning service to go through the house with a fine-tooth comb, which costs money and doesn't foster trust.
All dishes/utensils/pots/pans should be left clean.
Any damage to furniture, rugs, walls, equipment etc - incur a repair/replacement fee, or dry cleaning expense, at our discretion.
No drinking of alcohol/liquor by persons under 21 years old (California legal age).
No illicit drug use in our home.
No filming or entertainment staging/productions of any kind.
