Recently Restored to its Original Elegance, originally designed by Albert Frey as a residential hotel, the construction was completed in 1947, this 21-unit, the stylish neighborhood of multimillion dollar estates.

There are 20 Units grouped around a beautiful Pool and Spa, Spectacular unobstructed View of Mt. San Jacinto and the surrounding mountains from your poolside chair.

The Complex is Centrally Located within a Short Walking distance to restaurants and all of Downtown Palm Springs.

This Unique 1 Bedroom, 1 Bathroom Condo, Sleeps 2; The Bedroom features a Queen Sized Bed with luxurious linens and flat panel TV with French Doors that open to the Famous Courtyard. The Bathroom provides a shower over bathtub. The Pristine Kitchen features Modern, up to date new appliances with all the amenities.

The relaxing Living space is Tastefully decorated with work space, dining with mountain views flat panel TV’ , and DVD Player. Everything is provided for you to enjoy intimate times 'at home' or to entertain family and or friends.

Additional Amenities include Cable Television with, High Speed Internet connection, FREE LONG DISTANCE CALLS within the U.S and Canada. Plus assigned covered parking

Please note: Upon departure, if it is found that there are items needing dry cleaning or anything that will constitute an excessive clean, the guest will be charged the said amount. THIS RENTED PROPERTY is privately owned. You agree to indemnify McLean Company Rentals, staff, shareholders, and the owner of said property for all liability, damage, personal injury, or loss to the Property or its contents that occur during your stay resulting from any cause. We are not responsible for personal items lost, stolen or left behind.

The rate that you have been quoted is NOT including the mandatory City TOT Tax.

You certify that each responsible party/guest is 25 years of age or older (The City of Rancho Mirage requires signer must be over 30 years)

Occupants not to exceed two persons per bedroom

You agree to maintain the home in good order and appearance at all times and will not disturb, annoy, endanger or inconvenience neighbors or prompt written or verbal complaints to McLean Company Rentals from police, neighbors, neighborhood associations or homeowner associations (HOA).

Amplified outdoor music of any kind is not allowed by City ordinance. It is understood and agreed that ANY loud or large party, violations due to over-occupancy, unnecessary outdoor noise, indoor noise that causes neighbors to complain, or for violations of minimum age requirements of homes can result in immediate eviction and forfeiture of all funds

OPTIONAL POOL HEAT during the winter months may be added for an additional fee. This option can be added once the reservation has been confirmed through the AIRBNB adjustment tool. (This is for home rentals only)

ALL HOME RESERVATIONS for greater than twenty-eight (28) nights must pay actual utility fees instead of the daily pool heating charge. Guests shall pay actual gas and electric utility charges, which will be billed against client's utility deposit within 6 weeks of departure. We will send you a copy of your utility bill at the conclusion of your reservation.

All of our homes are non-smoking. If it is reported that there was smoking i.e. cigarettes or marijuana in the home, you will forfeit your full security deposit.

We had a great 4-day stay at the Villa Hermosa! The location is unbeatable with lots of great shops and restaurants walking distance away (Trina Turk, Dazzles, Ernest Coffee, Birbas, Cheeky's, eight4nine). Also, the Buzz Bus stop is a block away which is a free and quick way to get to other spots further away. The pool is perfect and the unit had everything to make our stay enjoyable. The back patio is a great addition for a private spot to enjoy a meal. We would definitely go back and would recommend the Villa Hermosa to friends!

It was an absolutely beautiful property, the check in, check out process was easy and quick. Additionally the host was very attentive, and actually stuck around a little after 5pm because we were running late. Quiet neighborhood, very close (walkable) to town.
