Comfortable flat, full of space, just at the heart of the city. If you want to live a real São Paulo experience, that's the best place for the best price.
This flat is the place where I live and work in, and surely it will make you feel very comfortable.
There's the main space - bedroom/workstation/living room - a kitchen and a toilet.
The mainspace disposes of a futton (sofa-bed), a wardrobe to hang your stuff and the workstation with a great view. There's also an old safety box out-of-use.
Kitchen with coffee, sugar, milk and chocopowder for your breakfast and utensils that you might need to cook basic stuff, whenever you want.
Toilet provided with all the basics. And a window with great view to the street. And despite the water crisis the city is living, water's running normally and there's hot water in the shower.
Since this is the flat I live and work in, I only rent it when I'm out. Before I go, I'll meet the guests to provide the keys and explain some things about the place and the location.
However, the guests are very welcome to call me or text me during their stay.
As in all great cities, downtown can be chaotic some times, which means ambulance and cops cars noises every now and then. If you have trouble sleeping, that's not for you.
I'm Gabriel, but my friends usually call me Gabe. I'm a 27 years old brazilian guy, who lives in São Paulo, but was born and raised in the countryside.
Despite my lackness of focus, I managed to graduate in Public Policies at São Paulo University and I currently work with corporate volunteering in PwC Brazil.
