A cosy private room in a big open-style modern apartment with big balconies and nice view towards the city and the Vitosha mountain. Everything is freshly renovated and decorated, in a quiet neighborhood 10-15 min walk from the city centre.
The flat is very spacious and comfortable to chill in and hang out on the balconies on a sunny day. It has a big living room with a kitchen box on the side and a big TV screen. There are a total of three balconies, one of them outside of the private room and the others in the common areas.
Apart from the private bedroom and balcony, all other areas of the apartment are free to access and shared only with me (living in a third extra room).
Apart from radio, TV and wireless internet as main information sources, I have plenty of books and travel guides that guests are welcome to make use of.
The flat is in a building block with standard living rules, i.e. no loud noise is tolerated after 11pm. Smoking is allowed on the balconies. Marijuana and heavier drugs are illegal in Bulgaria.
As I will be around when not at work, I am always happy to interact and help guests with practical advice, or just a friendly chat. I am very open and friendly person and happy to share travel experience with stories from around the world, including many tips about Sofia and Bulgaria. Depending on my schedule I can also offer guests breakfast in the morning and coffee or tea at all times.
A researcher in physics and a world traveler. After many years living in Germany, Netherlands, and Italy, and visiting thousands of new places around the world, I came back to live in my home Sofia, Bulgaria.
