This beautiful & spacious, 90 square metres, 4th floor, fully furnished flat with two bedrooms is available for short or long stays. Both bedrooms have comfortable beds and mattresses, one with a queen size bed and one with 2 single beds. There's an open plan reception area/dining and lounge area with a stunning black marble floor.
Both bedrooms have large built in robes, timber floorboards and air conditioning. On arrival you will find an extra pair of clean sheets and towels.
There's a large verandah at the front of the apartment with a table & 4 chairs. At the back of the flat,where the bedrooms and kitchen are, there's another long balcony that runs along the back of the building. You can hang your wet and washed linen on the clothes line here.
There's a bathroom with a bath/overhead shower, a vanity/sink and a toilet. There's also a separate WC.
The kitchen has an electric 4 hob ceramic stovetop/oven along with all the other essentials one has become used to, such as a kettle, toaster, electric juicer, along with plenty of pots, pans, plates and cutlery to prepare meals.
My housekeeper lives in the same street, should you need anything, you can always call her. There's also a folder in the apartment with notes on where to eat, have a coffee, an ouzo and some of the best things to do in Athens.
This is a self catering apartment.
Keep noise to a minimum.
Be respectful of the neighbours.
The main entrance should always be locked.
Guests should not ring other doorbells to be let into the building.
Smoking is allowed only on the balcony.
Extra guests are not permitted.
Guests should inform the host in advance if they wish to bring their pet.
The building has an intercom at the main entrance.
Don't put the music too loud or make noises between 10:30 pm and 6:30 a.m as well as between 02:30 p.m and 5:00 p.m( these are considered to be "siesta hours") in Greece.
Don't throw paper in the toilet but in the bin provided for that use.
Please use the electricity & thermostat wisely for the hot water boiler. It needs to be turned off after 20 minutes.
