Comfortable apartment, on the ground floor of an Architect designed modern home. Only 15 - 20 minute walk to Curl Curl beach and cafes or local bus to Manly in the next street. Comfy bed, bathroom, private courtyard, own lounge area with modern, fully equipped kitchen. Free wifi and Foxtel. Sleeps two only, no parties, no pets, quiet, respectful persons only please.
My husband and I built our house 10 years ago and therefore, although it is scrupulously clean and well appointed, it is not a 5 star hotel, so expect a comfy, clean but lived in feel. It has been freshly painted with new linen, modern decor and all facilities needed for up to a months stay. No laundry access but sheets and linen is replaced each week. There is parking on site, or easy access to public transport. A welcome pack on arrival of bread, butter, spreads, tim tams and a selection of teas and milk for your convenience.
Entrance is via private door, so you can come and go as you please. No steps and easy level access. The driveway is quite steep if you are elderly. Parking for one car available at the top of the driveway close to apartment.
As much or as little as the guests wish. I often don't see my guests as the entry and apartment is very private and I work most days.
My husband and I live upstairs and we have no pets. There are no laundry facilities but clean towels and linen are supplied every 7 days.
NO smoking allowed. This is a quiet neighbourhood so no parties or loud music just respectful guests. Laundry is not available but there are laundromats a kilometre away. There is an iron and ironing board. Clothesline available if you're hand washing. Bookings of over a week get fresh towels and linen each week. No pets!!
I'm a teacher and love kids but even more I love to travel. I'm an optimistic and positive person and enjoy life to the full. Love travel, reading, fine food, coffee at my Curl Curl Beach cafe every morning before work and walking to the beach through the park every afternoon to wind down. I have three daughters and four grandchildren who mean the world to me. My husband works part time in Vietnam where I used to teach as well.
