My condo is a first floor unit, just feet away from parking, 5 minutes from the free bus to Vail Village and decorated inside with tons of love, family and friends in mind. The condo is located in the Vail Racquet Club in East Vail.
The interior is the original build with all of the decor and furniture having been purchased in February. The kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, glasses, plates, serving dishes, baking dishes, chopper, coffee pot, Tupperware, knife set, etc. It has everything (besides food) you'll need to cook in! There are two bedrooms and two bathrooms, both bedrooms have queen size beds. And, the couch has a double size pull-out couch bed. There's a vent-less washer/dryer in the unit and a balcony that spans both bedrooms in the back of the unit. In the living room there's an 60-inch flat screen (attached to the wall for the safety of my guests), cable & wireless as well as a fire place (you have to supply your own firewood).
You'll have access to the entire unit. Vail Racquet Club has some amazing amenities, 2 hot tubs, a work out facility, spa locker rooms and a heated pool. If you are interested in using those amenities you can buy a day pass for $20 per person per day for full access. And, as much as I love dogs (and I LOVE dogs), the rules of the association state that renters must leave their pets at home, only owners are allowed to have them there. There's also a fantastic restaurant called Blu's 5 minutes from my front door, this makes it very easy to have a delicious meal after a long day on the mountain. There are two parking passes for the unit.
You'll be on your own here...the best way to get information about the City of Vail is to look online, there are tons of great resources.
I have a 2-night minimum requirement and a $150 cleaning fee.
This is a very special place for me, please treat it as if it were yours and take good care of it. And, please follow the rules of the association. Check in is at 4pm, check out is at 11am.

While originally a St. Louis native, I've lived in a few different places for work, including the Virgin Islands, FL & LA but when I was transferred to Colorado eight years ago, I knew I found my new home. With over 300 days of sunshine a year and easy access to all kinds of recreational activities all four seasons, I invested in this condo to have my own little piece of the mountains. I've worked very hard for the same company, a luxury hotel company, for over 14 years so I know and love the feel of a home away from home. My partner and I live in Denver with his 3-year old son and our lab Lucy, we are very active in mountain biking, Pilates, skiing, snowboarding and running among other things. With the original interior still in place, we really tried to make our mountain home very cozy and comfortable for our guests with new furniture and decor. The best compliment someone could give me would be for a guest to walk in and think to themselves "this place feels good"! I love family dinners so I wanted a large enough table to seat at least 6, I love kids - they are definitely welcome, I love to cook so the kitchen has everything you could need and I LOVE the mountains.
I hope you enjoy my home as much as we do!
