Over looks the garden & oak trees. Luxurious queen bed, desk, comfy reading chair, and spacious closet. Weekly cleaning service. Shared vegetarian kitchen (eggs okay) & two full bathrooms. Safe neighborhood within walking distance to nature, cafes & stores. This is a community orient household, although quiet from- 9:30pm - 7:30am.
Local art work around the house, an active garden, comfortable and pretty spaces throughout and a well used kitchen.
The master bedroom and bath and all the common space downstairs including the kitchen, dinning area, and living room (although sometime there are scheduled meeting in the living room - the other spaces can be used while that is going on).
We are conversational in the main space as needed and wanted. The upstairs (where the bedrooms are) is a quiet space and a place to retreat if you want to be alone.
I have been enjoying hosting people in my homes for 22 years! It has been fun to begin to make it an official aspect of the economy and community building of this household.
Vegetarian household. No cooking, eating or storing meat in the house. Eggs are okay.
Morning coffee and tea are provided.
This is a shoes off home (to help keep it clean) - no shoes upstairs unless needed for walking stability (please check in about this if you need this accommodation).
Quiet time is between 9pm and 6am. Be respectful if you get in late or are up early of others in the house hold.
We are a moderate house hold in regards to substances. A little alcohol is okay and smoking of marijuana in the back yard is okay. No tobacco please and no visible signs of intoxication.
A second guest requires a fee (listed in the costs).
