The One Bedroom/Studio units offer convenience and efficiency. The units are around 40 sq. m. in floor area, fully furnished, with air-conditioner, a kitchen with range, range hood, refrigerator, microwave oven, and kitchen accessories. Linens and towels are provided. The units are fitted with a balcony with washing machine with spin dryer. Units come with cable TV and Wi-Fi Internet access.
South of Market Private Residences, SOMA, is a 40-story twin tower development, located at 25th Street corner 11th Avenue, Bonifacio Global City. Enjoy using SoMa's facilities. It has an air conditioned gym, a lap pool with adjoining kiddie pool, a billiard room, THX Theater room, SPA area and a function room. In terms of security, there is 24 x 7 entrance security, doorman-lobby guard, closed circuit TV.

1.MAXIMUM OF THREE ADULTS ONLY
2.The condo unit it to be occupied only by the registered guest(s), i.e., renter(s).
3.Check-in time is 2:00 PM, check-out at 12:00 noon.
4.The condo unit is non-smoking.
5.Pets are not allowed in the condo unit.
6.For safety and security, keep your door closed at all times.
7.Visitors are not allowed after 12 AM. All occupants of the condo unit must be properly registered, and endorsed to the condominium property administration.
8.If a guest has not checked-out by the due time, the unit owner’s representative shall reserve the right to transfer the guest’s belongings to a storage area. In addition, the unit owner nor the representatives are not responsible for any loss or damage arising from the transfer.
9.Gambling of any kind is not allowed inside the condo (website hidden) of food inside the unit is restricted so that no overwhelming scent is left to the unit.
10.Fire Hazard and Obnoxious substance – the renter shall not keep, deposit or store in the rented unit any obnoxious, toxic and inflammable materials and/or substance that might constitute a fire hazard.
11.Condo unit linens, kitchenware, glasses, accessories and other amenities are properties of the unit owner. Guests are not to remove any item out of the condo unit.
12.When leaving your unit, please turn off the lights, air-conditioners and any electrical appliances. Make sure faucets are closed after use.
(website hidden) the event of emergency, please follow instructions and use the proper exits. Do not use elevator in the event of fire.
14.The renter(s) should leave the condo unit in good condition as of the time of delivery to the renter.
15.One valid ID/copy of a renter should be left with the property agent during the duration of the stay, and can be retrieved after the unit and key is turned over back during check-out.
16.Unit will be inspected during cleaning and during check-out to ensure that everything is in order, and to account for consumables (if any).
17.Guest(s) will be charged for any loss or damage to the condo unit and its contents.
18.Please dispose of wet trash every day; there’s a garbage bin at the floor landing by the fire exit.
19.The unit owner(s) will not be liable for any loss, damages due to negligence or any cause thereof by the renter.
