This is a spacious and just renovated designer apartment in a historic building, with an open, full kitchen, spacious living room with a huge comfy couch. The apartment is full of light, there is a very comfortable bedroom and 1.5 bathrooms. The best part of the place is the huge roof with lots of lounging furniture, and two tables, as well as tanning chairs and couches. The apartment is right around the corner from Rothschild boulevard, 5 min to Neve Zedek, and a short walk to Carmel Market!
The space is beautiful, just renovated to retain it's old world charm, the building is a colonial British left over (UNESCO protected building). It's very spacious, the kitchen has everything new, such as a gas stove with stove top, refrigerator, microwave, all utensils you may need. The furniture is renovated retro-vintage style. There is an air conditioner in the living room and the bedroom has a portable air conditioner for the moment, a new one will be installed soon, however with the main one turned on it is cool inside the bedroom as well. The apartment is on the 3d floor and due to the protected nature of the building there is no elevator. The best part of the space is the roof! It is equipped with a BBQ grill, and lounging furniture and has an amazing view. The beach is just a few minutes walk away, as is the Carmel Market, Nachalat Binyamin (where there is an artists market every Friday morning to afternoon) and the bustling Rothschild Boulevard. The apartment is very centrally situated and is a short walk to most points of the city, there are also many busses, sheruts (mini busses) and taxis downstairs.
As much as needed, shabbat - only if there is an emergency.
Electricity is not included in the fee and is charged by the meter or at 15 sheckels/ day for stays over a week.

Hi I'm Julia! Born in Europe raised in the U.S. I have a passion for discovering things. I'm an archeologist and I write articles about fantastic discoveries for a famous Israeli newspaper in my spare time. In my spare time I started my small vacation rental business because I love working with people and I care about making them feel at home. For that I'm a little perfectionist; that's why clients always can trust on me. I love my Layla (my sweet wolf). I speak 5 languages perfectly fluent (Russian, English, Hebrew, French and Portuguese) and my edge is finding exactly what people need. I will not recommend anything from my vast listing... I've been in this business for a few years already, in Tel Aviv, so I'm definitely the person to holler at for any tips regarding your stay, your potential apartment or the 1000 fun solutions Tel aviv has to offer! Spasibo, Obrigado, Toda, Merci, Thanks!
