The apartment has double gazed windows and doors for temperature comfort and noise reduction from busy Point Nepean Road.
The lounge and indoor dining area has a sliding door which opens onto the garden deck.
Quality Linen and towels are supplied. BYO beach towels.
Beach chairs and some beach equipment is available for use.
Inital supply of coffee pods, milk,tea,coffee, and biscuits, are provided.
The property is strictly smoke free.
Guests in this apartment have access to the ground floor 1 car parking space in the shared garage,BBQ, court yard,front garden with decking and the 3 bedrooms kitchen,and living areas in the apartment.
There are two apartments in this building rented separately both have separate secure entrances. The upstairs apartment is for couples.There is a shared driveway used by the apartments and our house which is next door on the same property we also share the driveway so no parking in the driveway.
We respect peoples privacy so will interact as requested by guests. We live in the town house next door so we are available to assist whenever requested.
Please do not ask for early check ins or late check outs we cannot vary the set times due to booking and cleaning schedules. Do not arrive early.
This is a no smoking, no parties no pets no schoolies property. There is also an apartment upstairs for couples with separate secure entrance. The drive way is shared by both apartments and our property. This property is secure with locked gates and locked garage.there is a washing machine in the kitchenette and there is a Laundromat less than 100 metres in the McCrae plaza.
Please keep noise down in consideration for other guests and neighbours.
Guests who stay longer than 7 nights will be supplied free of charge extra linen and towels. ( change own beds)
Bed changes and cleaning are available for guests staying over 7 nights for an extra $60.00 fee.
Cleaning equipment etc is available for use.
The apartment is strictly for 6 people including babies ,children and adults.please discuss suitability of booking if you have children. The bedrooms cannot fit extra beds etc and furniture cannot be moved.
Brides and Grooms are welcome to stay AFTER their wedding but not for pre wedding preparations.
Please ensure you check you have all your belongs after you leave as we cannot be responsible for storing or returning items left behind.
This is a strictly no smoking property inside and outside,evidence of smoking will incur a deep cleaning fee.
Noise needs to be kept to a minimum as its a residential area so no parties or groups of people.
Visitors should be kept to a minimum and must follow house rules no extra guests can stay.
Please note noise can be an issue between apartments so we ask guests to be mindful of noise levels especially at night from 10 pm and early morning.
No pets or schoolies.
Check in time is after 2pm and check out is by 10am,sorry but due to cleaning,maintenance and booking schedules there cannot be any variations to these times. If you are late checking out an additional fee for delaying the cleaners will be charged.
The driveway is shared so no parking in driveway.
The garage is shared with the upstairs apartment so please park as far as possible to one side of the garage
BYO beach towels.
Please leave the apartment tidy wash dishes and put away ,return appliances,crockery and cutlery to draws and cupboards as they were on arrival remove rubbish and place in bins near front gate.empty recycling into blue bin without the bag.
Please use the makeup wipes provided or your own to remove makeup or self tanning lotion as linen and towels which are stained may incur a replacement charge if stains cant be removed.
Please do not alter the TV settings or a technician fee will be charged.
We provide an inital welcome pack to get you started. Including milk juice biscuits tea coffee and basic toiletries. Please bring your own additional supplies.
Please use the BBQ wipes after using the
Cleaning equipment in the garage is available for your use if required.
