This tranquil two-bedroom house is a perfect place to stay while visiting Bay Area. It's great location means that you have easy access to San Francisco, Berkeley and Oakland centers.
This average size room offers a space to relax and get a solid night of sleep. The room has a large desk and WiFi, so you can connect and even work if you wish. The house is a sweet two-bedroom bungalow that has been renovated.
You are welcome to use the kitchen, dining and living areas, and the sunny backyard. The bathroom is shared.
I will be available for any advice or recommendations about the area.
There is a well-behaved dog living in the house. It respects human space: it is not allowed on furniture, does not jump on people or otherwise annoy people. The dog is never allowed inside the guest room.

A gardener, a hiker and a climber. I am also passionate about traveling to far-flung places and experiencing different cultures. I have experienced incredible hospitality while traveling, which inspires me to create the most welcoming and comfortable atmosphere for visitors at my home, as well.
I have lived in Bay Area for over ten years. Berkeley is one of the nicest places to stay because of it's peacefulness in contrast to the nearby bustling San Francisco and Oakland. The proximity of the two large cities, however, offers quick access to interesting city culture. I have always enjoyed this local mix of metropolitan energy and more relaxed college town feel of Berkeley.
