This small, boutique complex offers a complete, spacious studio with an open floor plan. The sleeping area with comfy, queen sized bed, enjoys warm, ocean breezes. Private bath has a beautiful tiled, walk-in shower and a comfortable ceiling fan. The condo's fully stocked kitchen offers a within-door ice-maker/water dispensing refrigerator, stove/oven, and insta-hot water system.... all with which you may enjoy cooking a gourmet meal for two! All cookware, small appliances, and serve ware are top notch...we even have sharp knives.
If you get tired of the hikes, snorkels, tours, and last but not least the beach, you can kick back in the comfy living room with ottoman for your feet, and watch your favorite movie on cable, or connect via complementary wireless with your loved ones back home.
Sip wine while dining, listening to the waves caress the shore right outside your open sliding doors. Westerly trade winds breeze through, and with palms swaying it is truly a tropical paradise home-away-from-home.
All you need to bring is your swimsuits, and of course, your sweetheart!
You have the entire condo to yourselves. Just downstairs, our community pool offers poolside lounges, plus umbrella tables and two bbq's for outdoors meals. An outdoor shower helps keep sand outside, after a day at Magic Sands Beach just next door. A coin-op laundromat is immediately accessible down the steps, for your convenience.
Our amazing local, Kona manager will be whom you'll depend upon for anything that comes up during your stay. And we, as owners, are just an email away... and our response is prompt!
Our Guests are our most important consideration. We treat Guests as trusted friends, and so most of our Guests come back year after year. DEPARTURE CLEANING and TAX is INCLUDED in your total cost for up to a 14 day stay, with normal use.
IF damages occur or extra cleaning is needed, up to $600 may be assessed after departure.
Courtesy to other Guests and Owners is expected. This is a non-smoking, no pet facility and grounds. Electricity and water conservation is vital, as on the Island it is an enormous expense. Tidiness of the condo, as though it is your own home, is appreciated.
