I live with my cat Princess Paws in a 250-square-meter, two floor, luxury apartment, just 15-minutes taxi from downtown Kunming. I invite you for dinner and conversation (my cooking and my treat) for at least one evening of your stay. You are requested to bring a big life problem to our dinner conversation (URL HIDDEN) that I can help you see how you can quickly and easily make the change you want, okay?
In addition to your private bedroom and bathroom (with "hot tub"), you are welcome to visit in the many rooms of my home (including my exercise room). I have a stairwell wall of family photos. You can enjoy the Sitting Room downstairs. You can enjoy swinging or sitting in my Salon Room, with an amazing view of nearby city (my apartment is on the 5th and 6th floors). You can browse through my fairly large library of books. You can warm up food in the microwave. I also provide drinking water. My cat Angel is amazingly gentle and friendly. She'll want to make friends with you (you can gently push her away, if you're not interested). As a life coach, I work 7-11am on the phone with my clients in America. So, especially during this period, if you are outside your room, quiet is required.
In general, I don't give out keys to my apartment. But I am home 23+ hours per day. It shouldn't provide any inconvenience to you to come and go. I can always let you in. One exception is that I go to bed earlier than others (and I arise at 4.30am) . So, if you're out, you need to come back before 8.30pm so that I can let you in.
I decided to join Airbnb mostly because of the pleasure and adventure of meeting new people. That's why I invite you to spend at least one evening of your stay (usually from 6:30-8:30pm) enjoying conversation over dinner. Most of my friends like my (URL HIDDEN) let's take a chance that you'll like it too!
-No smoking and, in general, I like a quiet home.
-Latest arrival/return time to apartment each evening is 10.30pm.
-You must enjoy dinner and conversation with me (at 7pm) at least one night of your stay.
