You will be enthralled by the sweeping ocean view from the large picture window of this 28th floor suite.
This spacious one bedroom unit has a king size bed in the separate bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room and will accommodate up to 4 people. The kitchen is equipped with a full size refrigerator, microwave oven, 2 burner stove, and other small appliances.
There are large flat screen TVs in both the Living room and bedroom. The bedroom has a large lanai and has sweeping views of the Ala Wai canal, and the Koolau mountain range above the city of Honolulu.

This very convenient location is just a short 5-7 minute walk to famous Waikiki Beaches, shops, entertainment, restaurants, and grocery stores. The Waikiki Aquarium, Kapiolani Park, International Marketplace and the Fort Derussy Army Museum, are close by. The Bus, which stops within a half block, offers transportation to local attractions, downtown Honolulu, Chinatown, Pearl Harbor, Ala Moana Shopping Center, the Aloha Flea Market, Aloha Marketplace, Hanauma Bay, as well as trips around the Island.
A big plus to this rental is that we provide you with a complimentary ground floor assigned parking stall at the neighboring Royal Kuhio Condo.
This is a big value as the daily parking rate at Island Colony is $30/day.
Use of the on site fitness center is available for a $5/stay fee payable to the AOAO.
We do not accept 2 night bookings unless they start or end next to another booking. Please contact us for more information regarding 2 night bookings.

Love this place, would love to stay there again in future. Great location walking distant to beach, shops, restaurant and bars. Perfect space for four people with bedroom, living room, kitchen and lanai off bedroom . Amazing views of down town Waikiki from the living room, from the bedroom you have views of Honolulu. Better value the staying in a hotel. Love the buildings amenities (pool, laundry, security, gym) great for visitors with kids. Condo came with parking which for me was the best selling point. The parking stall is in building across the street but that was never a problem for us still totally worth it. The last thing you want to do after a long day of beaching it is look for parking in Waikiki, could end up costing you almost $40 a day. Only problem we came across was with building. I don't know why out of the 5 elevators there every day only 3 of them would be working, but that had nothing to do with condo. Over all excellent experience best part of the trip with the Airbnb!

Great place to stay! Everything that we needed and some! Clean and comfortable! There is a store on the sixth floor that is open until midnight which was very convenient! The views are spectacular too! Parking was secure, we rented both a car and mopeds and had plenty of space for both! Easy check in and out. Instructions were spot on!

Gavin was so easy to communicate with from inquiries to finally booking and checking in to his property. This place is in a great location, very close to everything you need. It has a partial view of the ocean from the living room which we enjoyed every morning. It has a lanai to a great view of the city lights at night. Also, Gavin offers a parking spot which I think is a big big bonus! Look no further, book it as soon as you see it's available. I will definitely come back to this place or recommend to friends/ family when visiting Waikiki.

Great location and price is fair. Parking space is a plus and has view of ocean and canal.

Nice view from unit and close to shopping and restaurants. Parking is offsite but very nice to have since most places are expensive to park. Just make sure you don't get a huge SUV like a Ford Expedition or else it won't fit in the garage itself. This applies to most other garages also.

The condo was nice and clean, and all was as described in its listing. The provided parking spot was nice, since parking in general is >$35/night in the Waikiki area. The only downside was a minor hiccup when checking in - the lockbox code provided was not correct, but fortunately we were able to contact the host (even at 1am) and get the correct code in order to check in. All in all we liked the place, and would recommend it to others.
