The Lower East Side is NY's most eclectic & trendy neighborhood.

Large Bright Very Quiet 1 bedroom. Pocket french doors with new stainless kitchen. Apartment is on the 1st floor of the building (walk up).
On the intersection of Clinton and Stanton streets, nestled in the heart of NYC's Lower East Side, this comfortable and spacious apartment is ideal for those looking to explore the city. Located on the doorstop of some of NY's best bars and nightlife, walking distance to a multitude of shops and restaurants. Walking distance also to East Village, West Village and Union Square. Apartment is not facing street so it is also quiet and calm for those looking to relax. Subway also on same street as is Citibike. Subway lines are very convinient - J,Z,F, or M can take you to Brooklyn, Financial District, East Village, Midtown, and Upper Manhattan
I will meet you to hand over keys and answer any questions you may have. After that I can meet if needed as I will be in NY or via phone/text again only if needed
All of the bars etc. are a few short blocks from my street but not on the street itself so there is no problem there as regards noise.
Some of the best bars & restaurants in NY are within a few minutes walk and I would be happy to send you a full listing if you decide to proceed with booking.
The East Village and SOHO, NOLITA, NOHO, Little Italy and West Village, are also located on foot a few short blocks away.
For shopping you are approx 10 minutes walking to the trendy shopping area of SOHO and Nolita, the West Village is walkable also, possibly 15mins.
The trendy neighborhood of Williamsburg, Brooklyn is located across the Williamsburg bridge, the entrance of which is directly beside my apartment so you can walk across bridge into Williamsburg (approx 30mins) or if you wish, rent a Citibike and cycle across the bridge, there are Citibike stations in Williamsburg also.
For food shopping there is a beautiful café and bagel place on apartment doorstep called Atlas.
The apartment itself is a true 1 bedroom, so the bedroom is separate from living area.
To get to Times Square you would get the subway which is just 3mins walking from apartment – takes maybe 15 minutes on subway
There is a nice park for walking around and relaxing 8 blocks away called Tompkins Square Park. If you want to run I would recommend running along the East River Pathway which is only 5-10mins walking from apartment. There is a park down there also for running
The Lower East Side is Manhattan’s most eclectic grit-meets-glam neighborhood. Probably best known for the slew of trendy bars and lounges that sprung up in the early 2000’s (most of which remain alive and well), the Lower East Side also has a funky mix of trendy boutiques, mom-and-pop shops, cozy cafes, and chic restaurants.
lived in 6 different countries and NYC is my latest stop. I travel frequently for work so I am happy to share my cozy pad with you. Happy to help in any way I can, especially with recommendation on places
