Sometimes groups are just not a good fit. I would like to address some of their issues. - I have a hot tub company that comes every Monday to maintain my hot tub. These guests arrived Sunday. My hot tub gut went over that night (the night the guests arrived) to fix the hot tub that the previous guests had added chemicals to. - "Evidence" of mice are mouse traps that my extermination company recommend because they had seen mice coming in to homes due to high outside temperatures. _ There were light bulbs on the premise plus the light bulbs were replaced as soon as I was made aware of them. - In the past guests clean the grill prior to using it but because these guests had an issue with cleaning it, I went over hours before I departed on my vacation to clean it for them. - Again, vacation rental home guests understand that, just like in homes, trash days are certain days. These guests arrived on Sunday, trash day is Monday, The trash was full from the previous guests just like the trash they left for the guests after them. As far as I know the only inconvenience issues these guests had to put up with was my presence while they were already home. I am sorry we didn't mesh but hope that our feedback will allow others to make sure they are a good fit. Both with me as host and them as guests.
