Guests agree to respect the quiet privacy of all residents and guests of the complex and be held accountable to all rules of the villa, management company, the homeowners' association and the City's rental property regulations and terms and conditions contained in the rental contract.
Booking party must be age 25 or older. Occupancy is limited to a maximum of five persons (extra charge for 5th person w/rollaway.) Drop-in guests are not allowed at any time unless approved by Manager in advance of arrival. Each car must be registered with the front desk. Guests are fully responsible for any and all accidents, damage and breakage. Use of private and public pool and tennis court is limited to the hours between 8 a.m. and 9 p.m. Children must be supervised by adult at all times; no running, diving, Marco Polo, yelling or outside music. Any disturbance requiring more than one call from the Manager will result in the guests' removal from the property with no refund. Inside smoking is not allowed; please use the ashtrays on the outside patio tables only with villa doors closed.
