This is a 1 bedroom, 1 bath suite on the East end of my ranch home. Private entrance, family room with efficiency kitchen, IProdigy postherpetic king bed , wifi, office space, 1 dedicated parking spot, and shared laundry facilities.

This suite is for one person or two people who will share a king bed. All guest inquiring about The Hideaway Suite should KNOW that it is a private segregated part of a whole home, and ambient noise of other guests or families may be heard through the double locked "middle door". If you need the constant quiet of a Library, then this is not the reservation for you.

We are often absentee hosts as we reside in two cities Please message me on app or the text me. I will arrange for your needs to be met to the best of my abilities. Please do not ask for help from tenants in main residence unless you are having a medical emergency. They are not involved with Airbnb.
We are on a well and have mineral deposits in our yummy tasting water. Well water leaves water deposits on clean surfaces; this is not dirty. Country living is different from the city. This suite is at the East end of my home and separated by a double sided locked deadbolt door. The other side is a 3/1 Family residence and not associated with Airbnb. As in corporate apartments some noise can be heard from the other side of the home. If you need 24/7 perfect quiet, then this may not be the booking for you. I stay in this suite when I am in Corvallis and have never been disturbed. It is usually quiet, but families do make noise sometimes. We are a family friendly Airbnb listing. We ask that you also are quiet from 9:00 pm to 8:00 am.
ONLY REGISTERED GUESTS SHOULD BE ON THIS PROPERTY. Please have unregistered guests gather with you in a public place.
Be polite. Airbnb is a community as well as a travel tool.
Realize you are staying in a home, not a hotel.
Clean up after yourself and your pet always!
LOCK THE ENTIRE SUITE EVERY TIME YOU LEAVE THE HOME
PETS AND CHILDREN ARE NOT TO BE LEFT ALONE IN THE SUITE. THIS COULD BE A REASON TO CANCEL YOUR BOOKING.
Dogs and children under 12 should not be left in the yard alone. The owner of the home does not guarantee the fence for the purpose of keeping biological animals inside the property line; this is the responsibility of the monitor of the biological animal.
We cannot receive mail here for guests you must arrange that through a private service in town or by USPS POSTAL BOX. Mail sent to a guest will be returned to sender.
There is a wall connecting the Airbnb suite and main house. The main house is occupied by a long term tenant. Please do not address guest questions to the tenants.
The walls are thick, but we ask you to keep the noise level down between 9 pm and 8 am.
The yard & laundry is a shared space. You are provided dedicated parking in front of pylons. Please park there only. If you need additional parking we can accommodate that. Please call me before arrival if possible.
