Compact modern studio apartment for a traveling artistic person looking for a little retreat, rest, and hideaway in this man cave. Hop, skip, and a jump to beach, shops, movies, and restaurants. I'll give you the scoops on where to go for fun in the sun or artsy things.
I am an artist living in a cozy 13'x13' apartment studio not including kitchenette and bathroom, tiny, and have a pull out Ottoman memory foam bed for you. (I will be sleeping on my futon on the floor.) My studio is compact, modern, artsy, and man cave-ish with a color scheme of gray, silver, black, and white trim and a brand new wood plank floor. The bathroom has a tub/shower with great water pressure, 1.6 gpf toilet, and a sink. The kitchenette has a microwave/toaster oven, electric kettle for hot water and a blender. There is no stove, and cooking is not allowed, but I have cereal to offer you and fresh fruits. I also have laundry facilities right outside the apartment. If you just need a place to crash, need some company while traveling, or want to be in a safe gay friendly environment, then this may be the spot for you.
From ground level, you would need to call me. I have an extra set of sensor gate key and studio key. There is a $100 replacement fee if you lose it. My studio is 13'x13', not including the bathroom which has a tub/shower and sink and a kitchenette with a sink, microwave, and a fridge. You can have access to all these things. I prefer that no cooking of anything fried be done. There is a microwave oven to use and hot water tea kettle. There is also a coin operated laundry facility if required.
My space is a small studio, but uncluttered, so you would need to be comfortable with that and sleeping in the same space. I am very sociable or quiet when need be. If you are artsy and creative, then we would get along real well. If you are antisocial or very shy, or have zero creativity and don't like art, then this place won't be for you. I want to make you feel welcomed as best as I can and I think that is through getting to know each other like what humans used to do back in the 80's, lol, chat and have conversations so be open to that. As a traveler myself, I love meeting people. I know the area well and can also be a tour guide, dinner company, or late night conversationalist. I am also an artist so I have lots of pens, pencils, paper, graphic software, architectural software, printer, and guitar you can use. I have an extra iPad for use as well. I do not own a TV but have some DVDs and a laptop to watch things on. I also have a guitar if you are a musician. I consider any guest in my home a friend, and please be trustworthy and respectful of the objects that exist in the space. Come and go as you please and there are no curfews. Mahalo.
In Hawaii, no one walks around with their shoes or flip flops/slippers in a house or apartment. Please respect this custom. All footwear must be removed immediately once you enter the space.
You are free to come and go as you please.
No guests allowed other than yourself.
No loud music please.
No outside shoes or slippers are to be worn in the apartment. Take off all footwear at the door. No waking with footwear on the wood floor.
No drugs of any kind is allowed. There is absolutely no smoking in and around the premises or in the apartment.
No cooking and no cooking of any meats. There is a boiling pot for water and a microwave for cooking small things. I have cereal, fresh fruit, water, tea, vitamins if needed, and I make a protein shake if you want.
All trash must be taken out nightly and thrown into the dumpster on the ground floor. No kitchen trash to be stored in the apartment overnight.
All used dishes must be rinsed immediately afterwards and left in the sink.
Use the air conditioning sparingly. Electric is expensive here.
Respect the things in my place. Please no food or drinks on the wood floor.
No blasting music.
Wipe down the shower walls, all the joints to prevent mold, and the shower curtain, shower head and hot and cold knobs. A towel is provided for that. Also please wipe the vanity down.
Clean up after yourself. it's a small space, so please be respectful and conscientious. I am all about having the aloha spirit, which means good intentions have no personal gain. "What's in it for me" mentality has no place here.

Hi, I'm Cisco. I am an architect by profession, and a self taught artist. I have a cozy studio apartment to share. We will be sleeping in the same space, so if you are comfortable with that, I'm ok. I travel between San Francisco Bay Area and Honolulu as they are both my homes. I grew up here and and the Bay Area. I'm a creative type building my dreams to create an art business here locally, then going out into the world. I am a health nut, drug free, non smoking, rare social drinker. I help old people when I can. Please also be those things. I exercise. I am a modernist, but also an artist with many things and with many creative ideas. I have traveled to Europe, Mexico, and the U.S. I also love to sing, dance, and of course draw. I love Japanese, Filipino, Mexican, Korean, and local foods as long as it's not spicy. I'm a sci-if, anime, horror, fantasy, and also into indie, sad, love stories. And yet I do not own a television. I'm a homebody at times, a night owl, and also love to hang out with family and friends. I take care of my things, and tidy. I have straight and gay friends, young and old, and different nationalities. I have a very small space, so can only have one person with a maximum of one week or so stay. LGBT.
Please have a profile bio about yourself or tell me as a message, and also have an approved offline ID before making a request. I can't accommodate anyone without those requirements. Also, because of my close quarters studio we would have to be similar in personalities and outlook in life and love for people, nature, and living with the aloha spirit. Mahalo.
