The living area is large and the bedrooms are tastefully decorated with a queen size bed and have large closets! The full bathroom has a tub and shower and all units have their own washer and dryer! To further enjoy your stay in Clearwater all units also have large screened porches.

Our 4 unit apartment building is in a multi-family residential neighborhood and not a “resort” neighborhood so noise and traffic is expected.

Short bike ride or drive to Cleveland St., Court St., the Flag, Morton Plant Hospital, Lifeworks Wellness Center, and the new Clearwater Beach Ferry.

Our rental periods begin and end on a Saturday. The monthly rate is for 4 consecutive weeks/28days (starting and ending on a Saturday).

We require the following for ALL rentals regardless of the booking source:

1. Signed Rental Agreement. You will need to provide the following information to Host to prepare your rental Agreement:
~Legal names of all occupants,
~Home/Physical address,
~Phone/contact number for all occupants
~Personal email addresses.
~Above information must be provided within 12 hours of a confirmed booking.

Once we receive the above information, we will prepare the rental agreement and email it to you along with our Credit Card Information Form to be completed.

2. The signed rental agreement and credit card form must be scanned to PDF and emailed back to our office by 12 noon the next business day after receipt along with the following:
~Completed Credit Card Form on File with our office.
~Clear Copy of Driver Licenses of all adult occupants.
~Clear Copy of Passports for all occupants. (Non-US citizens only).
~Copy of Vehicle Registration.
~For guests with rental cars: A Copy of Vehicle Registration for rental cars is due in the office within 24 hours of check-in.
~For properties requiring application and approval by the HOA Board, all required HOA Application forms must be returned with the rental agreement (Bardmoor & Indian Springs Colony Property).

~For guests with pets: Our Pet Policy provides spayed/neutered dogs and cats up to 25 pounds with the following:
~There is a $200 Non-Refundable Pet Fee
~Pet Addendum to our rental agreement and
~Certificate(s) of Health from a licensed Veterinarian with pet name, breed, age, weight (not to exceed 25 pounds) and current rabies and other vaccines, spayed /neutered and cats must be declawed.


IMPORTANT - Reservations are not considered confirmed or guaranteed until the signed rental agreement and all requested documentation has been received by Host.


No Smoking, No Vapor Cigarettes, No Cigars
This Is A Smoke Free Unit: Tenant agrees there shall be NO SMOKING/VAPORING inside the premises and a premium/penalty of $1000.00 will be charged for any smoking/smoke/vapor/e-cigarette odor in the unit. (Smoking is permitted outside and away from the building so as not to affect the air quality of any other unit or tenant in the building.)

By booking a reservation you agree to all of the above requirements.

Front porch. Is screened in, very nice, allows for breezes, and has actual furniture. Great for enjoying breakfast or a glass of wine. Onsite parking is very nice, and access to garbage and recycle bins behind quadplex is very nice. Rules. Counted five documents, with a total of a dozen pages, single spaced, of authoritarian rules. Probably can be reduced to an effective one page, two sided. Drop a lot of adjectives, and the Indemnification part may need review by an attorney. Pets. The rules allowed for a cat, then after booking the pet addition to my trip, the Host company said cats could not have foreclaws. So then I scheduled it for a cattery – a $450 commitment over the holidays, plus the $150 loss for cat fare. After my reaction online, the GM wanted to know if I could bring my cat but leave it in the carrier when I’m not there! During these first conversations, a Host employee wanted me to know what a good deal I was getting (nearly $2000 per month plus fees). I suggest maybe trying something like – we are glad you have chosen us and are coming here. Faux. About half the furniture in this nicely upgraded quadplex, is show furniture, manufactured in China. It is to be looked at, and not really designed for function. The dining table top was not properly finished for actual use, and the laminate has bubbled and blistered over most of it. I mentioned this, as the Hosts have a very detailed inventory of the property, even the number of hangers, with some intimidation on ensuring all is accounted for and in good condition. Noise. The upgraded quadplex is in the middle of a mixed, ethnic neighborhood. This can be very stimulating, but there were drawbacks. Most surrounding the property spoke little English, played loud conjunta music from midday until 4 in the morning, are were openly drinking while sitting in chairs in their front yards or driveways, and are having loud domestic arguments. It got so bad on Christmas morning 2:30 am, that three Clearwater police came after a neighbor started and revved up a motorcycle with no exhaust. The Hosts may want to establish a better rapport with these neighbors to assuage guests concerning a safe environment. It was a combination of noise 24x7 that pushed me into leaving. Inside the noise continues, as there is a sump pump in the HVAC closet near the bedroom that pumps condensate water over the attic to the outside. This pump is literally gurgling every hour or so – throughout the night – whenever the AC is running. The Host company sent over one of the contractors, who fixed a few things and was going to get back on this. Never did.
