Our balcony, living room and both bedrooms all boast pristine views of the rocky mountains that will make sitting back and relaxing far too easy!!
With the town of Invermere and Lake Windemere only a 10 minute drive up the highway, you can easily and quickly pack up for a day and hit the open water!!! There is also heavenly Hot Springs, White Water Rafting, Golfing Galore (over 13 courses), Hiking, Biking, Skiing, Snow-Moiling, Snow-Shoeing, etc. and many more fun activities to please any age!! We will always be a quick text or phone call away to our guests should any questions, concerns or emergencies circumstances arise; if by chance we aren't available, we will always ensure to have a secondary contact readily available and easily reachable to our Guest who is located close to our unit.
Our Cleaning Fee is Mandatory; we do not clean our condo ourselves, but have a hired cleaning contractor who cleans our unit after each guest checks out and prepares it prior to each guest's arrival! What is included in my cleaning fee? Your cleaning fee includes the cost to the Owner to contract a Cleaning Contractor to thoroughly clean the condo, do the laundry and complete an inventory check for the owner upon your check out. Daily housekeeping services are not included in the rental rates, however a refresher can be arranged upon request prior to your arrival for a fee. We also understand that life and messes happen; if you require an unplanned refresher during your stay, please contact us and we'd be happy to assist. Last minute refreshers will be booked based on our Cleaning Contractor's schedule and availability, therefore please understand they may not always be possible. Please note that any fees incurred for an unplanned refresher will be paid directly to our Cleaning Contractor by the Guest.
What should I bring with me?
Food Items if you'd like to take advantage of our full kitchen (there is a grocery store within walking distance); Shampoo, Conditioner, Soap, and any other personal toiletries you may need during your stay. Beach/Lake Towels, sunscreen, bug spray, DVDs, board games, apple TV (there is no cable- but there is a TV in the living room), mp3 player and anything else you may want or need to help make your stay enjoyable.
For our Guest's convenience, we are happy to provide a small amount of amenities, however these items will not be replaced by the Owner during the Guest's stay. There are a number of markets and grocery stores within a very close proximity (both walking and/or driving distance) that Guest's can purchase additional amenities if required during their stay. Please note though, no reimbursement by the Owner will be made to the Guest for unused amenities left on the premise at the time of the Guest's departure.
There is no telephone in the unit, but there is very good cell phone reception. Emergency medical and police service can be called by dialing 911.
10pm - 8am strict quiet time enforced. The Guests shall behave in a civilized manner and shall be good neighbors respecting the rights of the surrounding property owners. STRICT quite hours start at 10 PM and end at 8 AM daily (including week-ends and holidays) and outdoor noise should be kept to a minimum. Conversations on the deck is allowed after 10pm however they must be kept at a low volume and music is prohibited after 10pm. Fines will be levied on the spot to Guests who are disturbing the peace. The strata security company may also evict guests from the premise. Guests are also responsible for fines levied against the Owner as a result of noise bylaw infringements incurred by the Guest. Normal conversation pitch is accepted. Continued screaming, yelling and/or swearing are not. The Owner will not refund evicted Guests.
SMOKING IS NOT PERMITTED at the unit and is strictly enforced. This includes inside the Owners unit and the balcony, and any of the condominium's property (pool, parking lot, etc.). Designated smoking areas can be found outside near the parking lot. Smoking on the premises will result in loss of damage deposit and may result in additional charges.
No animals or pets of any kind will be brought onto the premises. The Guests full damage deposit will not be refunded if any animals or pets are found to be or been brought onto the premises.
Guest agrees not to access the “owner’s closet, cupboards or drawers”, as clearly marked, even if unlocked or zip tied, which contain personal items and supplies. Any damage or removal of Owners personal property will result in full loss of the Guest’s damage deposit.
Owner will provide Guest with 10 shower/pool sized towels; these towels are not to leave the Peak’s premises and be taken to the beach, lake, elsewhere by the Guest. For any missing towel upon the Guest’s check out, $20 (per towel) will be deducted from the Guest’s damage deposit.
Owner shall provide Guest with a key to the pool building and area. This key will be left within the Unit for the Guest. If the pool key is lost by the Guest or missing at the time of the Guest’s departure, $100 will be deducted from the Guest’s damage deposit so the Owner can replace the pool key. (Please understand that this $100 fee is dictated by the Condo Strata and not the Owner)
The Guests shall maintain the premises in a good, clean, and ready to rent condition, and use the premises only in a careful and lawful manner. The Guests shall leave the premises in a ready to rent condition at the expiration of the rental agreement, defined by the Owner as being immediately habitable by the next Guests. Guests shall pay for maintenance and repairs should the premises be left in a lesser condition.
The Guests shall dispose of all waste materials generated during the rental period in a lawful manner and put the trash and recyclables in the assigned bins for pickup. It is not permitted to leave trash outside the building at any time because it attracts animals.
