Our ski in-ski out condo is a three level space, with two Queen master suites on the lower level and a large loft space with 4 twin beds and a Queen bed. All bedrooms have adjoining bathrooms, which afford both convenience and privacy for families and friends. The main floor has a large eat in kitchen and living room with gas fireplace and TV. The laundry room is on the lower level. Our new 7 person hot tub is located off the decks of the downstairs master suites.
A secured lock box with keys is located at the front door. Access code is provided in the house rules.
Our home is your home...please treat it as you would yours.
This is a private residence with no contact with the owners unless problems or concerns arise. We have a local management company who are very responsive in the event of an emergency, Owners are easily available by phone or text.
Early ski season (Nov. 15-Dec 14, 2017) Four hundred dollars per night; 4 night minimum stay
Holiday ski season (Dec 15-Jan 7, 2018) Seven hundred dollars per night; 5 night minimum stay
Mid ski season ( Jan 8 -Feb 11, 2018) Four hundred twenty five dollars per night; 4 night minimum stay
Spring break ski season (Feb 12-Mar 25, 2018) Five hundred dollars per night; 4 night minimum stay
Late ski season (March 26 - April 22, 2018) Three hundred twenty five dollars per night (4 night minimum stay)
Weekly rates are available, five percent discount.
MT State lodging tax and Big Sky resort tax, totaling 10%, will be charged and payable directly to us at the time of booking.
A security deposit is required at time of booking and paid directly to us. This will be held until checkout and no damages are reported by our management company.
Please note our cancellation policy in our rental agreement. Our terms are stricter than those cited by AirBNB. Rental agreement will be sent for your review and signature via email.
