Only 25 minutes from Tampa International Airport. There is no need to rent or use a car with the exception of day trips to Busch Gardens, Florida Aquarium-Tampa Bay, Disney World, Sea World, Universal Studios as well as all Orlando Theme Parks and other world class attractions which are just a short drive away.
Owner will meet guests at check-in to answer any questions about the property, collect the 13% Tax and $500.00 refundable security/damage deposit. Owner will also meet guests at check-out to inspect the property and return the security/damage deposit (minus any deductions, if necessary).
Important Note: The rental rate does not include 13% Tax which will be collected at check-in (6% Tourist Development Tax to Pinellas County + 7% Sales Tax to Florida Department of Revenue = 13%)
The property is furnished and includes 1 King Bed; 3 couches (1 full size sleeper, 2 love seat twin size sleepers); 2 TVs (1- 50" flat screen in living area, 1 32" flat screen in the bedroom); all linens, towels, beach towels, kitchen appliances (range, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher kitchen items (pots, pans, plates, cups, kitchen utensils)) are provided and will be verified at check-in and check-out.
Maximum Occupancy: The maximum number of guests is limited to 2 persons. Any additional guests must be approved by owner prior to staying in the unit. No one under the age of 21 is allowed in this unit.
Check-in is at 3pm; Check-out is at 10am. This property requires a 30 night minimum stay.
Guest agrees to abide by the Rental Rules listed below at all times while at the property and shall cause all members of the rental party and anyone else Guest permits on the property to abide by the following rules at all times while at the property.
Guest shall allow Homeowner access to the property for purposes of repair and inspection. Homeowner shall exercise this right of access in a reasonable manner.
1. Smoking is NOT allowed inside the unit. Smoking is allowed outside only.
2. People other than those in the Guest party set forth above may not stay overnight in the property. Any other person in the property is the sole responsibility of Guest.
3. All of the units are privately owned; the owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise.
4. Keep the property and all furnishings in good order
5. Only use appliances for their intended uses.
6. Pets are NOT allowed.
7. Parking: Parking is limited to 1 vehicle (there is an assigned parking space). Vehicles are to be parked in designated parking areas only. Any illegally parked cars are subject to towing; applicable fines/towing fees are the sole responsibility of the vehicle owner. There is 1 "guest" parking space at the complex, first come - first served.
8. Housekeeping: There is no daily housekeeping service. (Note: Housekeeping/cleaning can be arranged during your stay at the Guest/Renters expense.) While linens and bath/beach towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. There is no washer/dryer in the unit, but there is a laundry facility on-site on the first floor (2 washers and 2 dryers, $1.50/each).
9. Glass is not allowed in the pool area. Gates must be kept closed at all times.
10. Gas grill is provided in the pool area. Guests are responsible to clean the grill after use and fill propane, as needed.
11. Please lower umbrellas after use and when exiting the pool area.
