I am sorry for my Mom to be late for check out, it's unusual as she is always on the dot. In fact she never late.
With rgds router / modem it's indeed rented out from the Mobile/Cable services company during the time we using it and we obligated to returned it back in order. Thank u for replacing adaptor as it's was damaged during your stay.
It's a first time then we hosted 3 different set of people under same reservation. As u know we tried to accommodate all your requests and make things easier for all of you. Diffrent people under same reservation it's a different feedbacks, comments, request. Probably we will think more, if we would wanna have this kind of arrangement again.
