Located just off of highway 413 (known by surfers as the road to happiness) this apartment is just minutes from some of the best breaks in the Caribbean, the Rincón Lighthouse Park, and just 4 blocks from the town plaza.
This apartment is fully furnished and finely appointed in nautical/beach theme. The kitchen has brand new stainless steel appliances, and the living room has a 42" flat screen LCD TV with Direct TV and DVD player.
The apartment has air conditioning units in every room and even includes an in-unit washer and dryer! The building has WiFi access throughout.
There is gated parking and a pool area on the ground floor with elevator access to all 5 floors. Dedicated parking for 2 cars is included at no additional cost!
The apartment sleeps maximum of 6 people, though exceptions may be made for families with children:
Master Bedroom - 1 Queen Bed
2nd Bedroom - Bunked double beds
Other - Sofa with Queen Sleeper in living room
Sheets and bath towels are provided.
We have a property manager, who is a family friend that takes care of the apartment and is available for repairs as needed.
Discounts for stays of three weeks or longer. Highly discounted rates available for extended stays of a month or more. Rates vary between seasons.
We welcome email communications prior to your arrival and during your stay, as needed. Our property manager José, handles the check-in process (getting you apartment keys, gate remote and elevator key code), and is available for any onsite maintenance needs during your stay.
Please note that this apartment is a part-time residence for the owners, it is not purely a vacation rental. As such, the furniture, appliances and decorations are all high quality, and were picked to make this property feel like a home, not just a vacation rental.
The owners are not looking for this apartment to become a party rental, but rather, are looking for responsible guests and families who will appreciate the amazing location and comfortable appointments, treating the apartment with respect. Because of this, we employ a building manager, who will be your primary contact upon booking.
The building manager is responsible for ensuring the apartment is clean and ready for your visit, and will coordinate your arrival to provide you with the gate remote, elevator entry codes and key pick-up. We will provide contact information for the property manager and expect that you will communicate with him by email and/or telephone prior to your arrival to setup a time and location to meet.
Once checked-in, we appreciate efforts to keep the apartment in decent shape, and while we all love the beach, please do what you can to keep the sand outside. After spending time at any of Rincon's amazing beaches, please make sure to rinse yourselves (or at the very least your feet) at the outdoor shower in the pool area. We appreciate your help keeping the place clean!
Please note, that there is a strict non-smoking policy in the apartment. Anyone found breaking this rule may be subject to loss of their deposit.
We're sorry, but no pets are allowed, except for certified service dogs.
Check-out/Departure: Prior to leaving the property, please make sure all windows and sliding doors are closed and locked and air conditioning units are turned off. Beds should be stripped and linens should be left in a pile at the foot of the bed, and please start a load of towels in the washing machine. Any used dishes should be cleaned and left in the drying rack.
Cancel up to 7 days before your trip and get a 50% refund. Cancel within 7 days of your trip and the reservation is non-refundable.
