You have the whole house (900 sq ft) to yourself. My house is downtown, close to hot mineral pool, restaurants, shops, spa, brewery, caves, everything you need to have a good visit. Sleeps 5. One dog is allowed for a $25. extra fee. Easy street parking. The caretaker, Jeff, stays in the cabin in the backyard, you may see him. He stays out of the house.

One regular bedroom with a full size bed, and one pull out sofa bed in the living room. Air mattress for the pull out sofa bed. Full kitchen, one bathroom with tub/shower, a living room and a dining room, washer/dryer. I do have cable TV. The simple life.
The house is a six minute walk to the hot mineral pool. Two blocks from the center of town, where all the restaurants and shops are. Gay friendly and I live in a great safe neighborhood. One dog allowed for a $25. extra fee. Children must be supervised.

Colorado has been my home since 1972, and I've lived in Glenwood Springs for 36 yrs. I am an artist, retired, and a grandmother. I travel solo in Europe when I can. I grew up in California, and I have a Masters degree in Social Work. I live in an incredible, quaint, mountain town of 9,000 population between Aspen and Vail, Colorado. I enjoy meeting new people. I manage 3 airbnb listings. One house is just around the corner from the old train station, and a few houses from the Colorado River. I love living here and sharing the area. Come on over!
